We went for our first visit since its refurbishment and was very pleased. Lovely staff, and super food. The steak was super and portions on the large side! We had the best onion rings ever and nothing was too much trouble. The service has gone up a notch and we couldn't fault the food. We were made very welcome and our son wasn't sure what the chilli was like so a pot for tasting was brought to him... it was delicious! but way too many beans in for a fussy teenager! Been there for food twice in 2 weeks food was fab and pipping hot had a table of 23 all food came out together will defiantly be back thank u to the new landlord and landlady for making us all welcome seen u soon
Had a lovely meal with friends last night. The food was great, the pub was buzzing and had a really good atmosphere. Will definitely go again

Went there yesterday the new owners were fantastic nothing was too much trouble the smooth beer was very nice and my wife and I couldn't fault the food we will definitely be back soon
What a lovely place the nags head is, so welcoming and great tasting food, very good value for money, this was our first visit to the nags head tonight, it wont be our last.

Just returned from our 3rd visit in 2 weeks. Had the steak and chips the last 2 visits and the hubby had the Carbonara and we had the Sunday beef dinner today. All I can say is PERFECTION. Bring an appetite or order the small cause the medium was HUGE. Love love love this place. Everything is so fresh and tasty. By far my favourite place in Leicester. I'm thinking lunch this week and Sunday dinner again next weekend �
We went for a meal on the 30th Sept and I have to say we were very pleased with the Nags Head it has a lovely relaxed atmosphere,very friendly staff,very clean and the food super.
My husband had a steak and he said its was one of the best steaks he had ever had, I picked the salmon with chilli and lime with salad and it was delicious,we will definitely go again.
Just been for our 1st meal and were very impressed. The food was amazing and the service was great. We will definately be coming back.

Popped by for Sunday lunch and wasn't disappointed, fantastic bar staff, waitress service, mixed meat Sunday roast was brilliant plenty on a regular serving and had the biscoff cheesecake to finish. Thoroughly enjoyable. Well worth the value.
Drinks were nice and cold, well served in very clean glasses.
A very pleasant experience and look forward to coming back

Great food and prices, brilliant friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. We stopped off after shopping, and the atmosphere was lovely, especially with the open fire, comfy seats. Garden outside for warmer days and a covered smoking area. Would definitely recommend and we will be visiting again.
We went for midweek lunch with friends to celebrate our anniversary we all had a brilliant time, food was great reasonably priced well worth a visit
We just had Sunday lunch at The Nags Head. It’s conveniently located between our two family homes. We brought our dogs, the welcome was amazing, the food was good and I highly recommend it. Thank you team, we will be back

Decided to have lunch here today with my 2 daughters & I was so impressed... The food quality & portion sizes for the price were very impressive.. The staff were friendly and bubbly... overall a very pleasant lunch outing..I will definitely be back with my husband and other family.

Such good value for money, the most amazing function room with features, nice decorations and such a lovely space for a party! Staff are absolutely wonderful and really helpful, we literally had to do nothing (even let us have a couple of extra songs!!).
We had quite a lot of us for a retirement party and they were really accommodating and couldn’t have helped more.
Such a beautiful, hidden space and a beautiful garden with it. They sort food, space and DJ/karaoke! Recommend!

Went for a Sunday roast. Food was good, great to have a couple of vegetarian options too. Marked down by one star as the roast stuffing was sloppy which wasn’t to my taste. Reasonably priced.
