We drank something called a cuddle, was really nice. Spot on name for something which did indeed feel like a cuddle, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.
Lovely, clean cafe. Incredible coffee, amazing food and baked goods. Shoutout to Daisy for being a delight and creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in the restaurant. 💛☀️
We parked just behind the high street, from there is was a short walk through Abbey Mews to the cafe. The car park is cash only and no app support to pay.
The cafe itself is lovely a very ‘homely’ feel when you first enter, you’re presented with the cake display which looks great!
Wait to be seated (take away also available) the staff are warm and friendly, they were all smiling when we visited.
The menu is great, a lot of choice for gluten free and vegan orientated. It is a spacious and comfortable cafe with some lovely furniture.
I had the turmeric latte with oat milk which was very good, the leek and greens lasagne. It smelled beautiful and tasted even better than that!
I also chose the mocha pie and the apple and seeds flapjack, both very tasty.
Based on this experience I would certainly recommend a visit if you’re in town.
If you like vegetarian or vegan food or wish to support an ecologically friendly business this is an excellent restaurant. The service is good though I think we were forgotten at one point but not surprisingly as it was very busy. It has a rustic atmosphere and is not "posh".
Would recommend this lovely little cafe restaurant. It has its own independent charm, with a friendly staff.
The kitchen produces some truly lovely food. They also make great efforts to cater to any and all dietary needs and wants, as well as sourcing as much as they can locally.
For a coffee, I would recommend you go with their blend, with the same name as the cafe.
As for value, a meal for two people was £26, and they are truly large filling portions.
The only slight downside of my visit was the lack of cream for scones.
Go to the Hundred Monkeys though. A must recommend for a visit to Glasto.
Lovely cafe in the heart of Glastonbury. Dogs welcome, babies too! The food is really tasty and freshly prepared - we had the poached eggs on toast and a smoked bacon roll - both of which were excellent.
The coffee was good, was nice to see a fern on top of my latte, only thing is the coffee was a little too large for me - a little too similar in size of what the coffee chains offer.
We visit here for lunch every time we visit Glastonbury. Never disappointed. It does get busy. Updated recent 2021 visit Lunch Mexican veggie burrito & pork wrap. Last year 2020: Honey roasted parsnip & cheddar cheese quiche & puy lentil bolognese ragu. Tasty food indeed. One of our favourite places to eat in Glastonbury. Good service. Good atmosphere. Dogs allowed too.
Eclectic cafe that offers wide range of unique and delicious tea and coffee, which is also available to purchase to take home. Food menu is varied and caters to many tastes, as well as offering good value for money.
Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Plentiful seating inside and out.
Will definitely visit again!
Friendly place with lovely cakes! Great service and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend
What a really nice cafe. All organic or vegan. Had a couple of nice meals. Really nice staff and a vegan chocolate tart to die for mmmm. Some nice beers also. There bread is also yummy. Can’t wait to go back. 5 star ⭐️ thank you
Not a great choice of food hence the 4 stars. The scone with jam and cream and Earl Grey tea was lovely, proper Earl Grey. The cafe had a nice chilled atmosphere.
Pleasant farm-to-table cafe. Creative menu (although I just had roast lamb). Well cooked, large portion, friendly service.
Outside tables in the back are very nice on a good day.
