We had 2 full breakfast boxes (x2 sausages, x2 bacon, fried egg, hash brown, mushrooms, tomato, beans, black pudding and a slice of toast) and a cup coffee each which came to £22.40. £9.50 for the breakfast box, we’d expect to get a drink included as we didn’t feel it was worth it. Very nice though, cooked well apart from my egg being a little sloppy. Nice coffee. Friendly staff. *We have had the chips here before and they are the best!

Travel here on my motorbike a few times a year to scoff a double cheese burger and a mug of tea. Great food and very good prices. The obvious difference this year, 2023, is that everything is more expensive but still worth it.

Brilliant biker cafe. Scooters and motorcycles welcome. The cabin guys are friendly and helpful. Service is quick and made to your preference. Food is hot and plentiful. Recommended!

Probably the best place to eat in Lancaster. Chips are cooked until they’re actually crunchy, so are hash browns. Bacon is crispy Battered fish is crispy Everything is crispy! 🤣 Only ate here twice but genuinely have love it! Got an English breakfast the second time and asked to swap out sausages and Black pudding for more bacon and hashbrowns! My request was taken without any awkwardness. Food arrived quickly! Lockkeepers rest is worth a special journey!

For hot food, snacks and ice cream at reasonable prices this is a great choice. The menu is varied and for a short wait you will be rewarded with great food that is freshly cooked and piping hot. Situated beside the marina at Glasson Dock, it is a little off the beaten track but the village is worth a visit due to it's location between the sea, river and canal. Popular with bikers, walkers and cyclists this unassuming former caravan boasts a menu that includes burgers, scampi sausages and more, served with or without thick-cut crispy chips. As it is take away only it is sometimes not open during inclement weather but there is plenty of outdoor seating when the weather allows. There is a large gravel pay and display car park adjacent to the cafe but free parking is also available a short walk away. As a dinner time treat two of us had sausage and chips with a drink each and it came to ten pounds. It was fairly busy but not overly so and it was only a short wait for the food, which was very tasty. Staff were friendly and there were plenty of picnic tables and benches in the vicinity. We ate facing the marina, enjoying the company of ducks and swans. As a casual al fresco dining experience this is excellent and definitely worth a try!

Slow service and expensive food. Food when you did finally get it was mediocre at best. Warm day and plenty of bikes to see. Only outside seating available so if it rains your getting wet.

Called by on the way home from a drive, stopped for a bacon cheeseburger and chips and a cup of coffee. Very friendly and had a good chat whilst we ate. Good portions and freshly made. Definately going to be my stop off after visiting the docks and after a good drive.

Had a delicious fish, chips and mushy peas meal for £6.80. Perfect portion size. Crispy chips and batter. Freshly cooked, piping hot. Highly recommended. Good menu choices too. Popular venue for motorcyclists.

Had a (very small) tub of ice cream at £2.50! Place is very popular with motorcyclists that get served tea/coffee in real mug rather than a paper cup.
