I became unwell while standing in the queue to be served and she helped me to a chair and got me some water and kept an eye one me while I sat. Thank you so much. I purchased my breakfast in this shop today and was served by an absolutely wonderful woman called Donna who helped me out, with the biggest smile on her face. She is a credit to your company.

Greggs has become an institute in our lifes, providing that familiar selection of baked goods. Every store I've visited had all the usual fare. All familiar and all just as tasty. If You haven't tried their bakes then Your missing out. As you might guess I am a big ( fat? ) fan.

Cheery staff, good prices on selected buys ( coffee and a cake or a savoury). Apple Danish don't have much apple. Cakes the same selection everyday . Good coffee
Great staff at knightswood shopping centre, was there with my little girl ordered food waiting outside in the cold due to the restrictions and I realised I forgot my bank card and instead of having to leave and come back they gave me my order anyway great customer care 😀 always so friendly when we are in the shop
I had been getting too good to go back here quite regularly, usually plenty of food and a varied selection.
A well stocked and good variety of choice considering it's one if the smaller bakeries. Nice friendly staff.
A good place for a quick something hot to eat and drink they sell cold drinks as well for all the coca cola and irn bru lovers there are in Glasgow nice
