Good food as my kids like KFC first time here in Glasgow, and it gave us the food we were expecting.
A good kfc branch, the food is alright if you get it fresh enough where it hasn’t been lying out all day. Really fast service and friendly staff as well. Prices have gone up slightly

Went in on a Sunday night and was taken aback by the super friendly attentive service from the staff on shift, the lady working in the cafe deserves huge praise for her positive helpful attitude, alongside a young man presumably the on shift manager also super friendly and helpful we felt obligated to share our experience. Super lovely team!!
Not a big fan of KFC but for the sake of grandkids came here after years to have a halal KFC.
over all good but a little bit salty this could be just me but all in all good service and food.

Newly refurbished. It might ‘only’ be a KFC and I only had drive through Boneless Chicken and Corn on the cob but both were excellent. Chicken was obviously freshly made, piping hot and with KFC’s delicious coating which was very crispy. For what it was it couldn’t have been any better.
Not all KFC as the same, I’ve had some shockingly bad ones from other KFCs in the past but this one was really good. Hope they manage to maintain this standard at all times.
Never seen staff cleaning the tables always a mess whenever i go there

The customer service was the best customer service I've ever seen. It was too good because when I ordered something, two of it was made, one correct and one wrong I got the wrong one first and when I realised that it was wrong I went to tell them but as I was walking to the front they said my order number (again) but with the correct one and i put the wrong one back and grabbed the correct one but when I went to sit down there was a third calling of my order number about the one I put back and when I tried to explain what had happen, they misunderstood it as if I had either placed two orders or got the original wrong and put the wrong in the bin (in my opinion is very wasteful). After a few minutes I thought the issue was resolved but they just made another order, the order was wrong again because I think they misunderstood me earlier and I don't like food being wasted so I just took the food, thanks. I hope no one gets fired/ in trouble because of this review, humans are flawed creatures and it is easy to make mistakes plus my order wasn't expensive so not really that much of a loss.
TL;DR There was a misunderstanding and got 2 of my order one of them being right and the second wrong one being free.
Again, thank you, great customer service, clean restaurant and great Christmas décor.
Regular place to visit with family.. halal food options are delicious 😋 best place to visit specially in quiet times.. good staff
Had a really good time here on a busy Tuesday. Food was excellent. Their staff definitely deserves appreciation for managing excellent service in rush hours. KFC should think about opening more branches like this one.
