Nice place. Food is OK. Bit pricey for some stuff on the menu. Quick service and staff are friendly. Would recommend for a quick stop. Kashmiri tea is very good. Deserts are nice but not a huge selection.

What a lovely Desi restaurant in the heart of the southside! The interior aswell as the food was absolutely beautiful. I ordered a delicious vegetarian omlette served with daal and fresh homemade paratha - so tasty and filling! And ofcourse I had to try their karak chaii... which by the way, did not dissapoint. The sweetness mixed with spice is always a perfect combo👌 We topped it off with a slice of biscoff cake - yes it actually had gold sparkles on it!! A special thanks to the friendly staff who made us feel right at home - We'll definitely be back again!!

Nice coffee/chai shop. Ordered karak chai with saffron. Was already made and kept warm in the chai heat box. Seating is ok. Shop was clean and enough seating inside.

Amazing food! Had the chicken biriyani, paratha with lemon side, and had to get their signature karak chaii. Perfect blend of spices and savoury goodness! Can’t wait to return.

On a family visit to Glasgow we went here for brunch. Thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. There is great choice on the menu and this includes vegetarian options. I would thoroughly recommend this place and we are definitely going back to try yet more delicious food (especially the staff recommendations).

It was my first time trying karak chaii and kashmir as well as the butter chicken main. All of the food and drink provided were excellent and the pea sauce added such a great unique flavour to it all! Very happy with all the food and then to top it off the staff were very pleasant and greeted us like it were our own home! Definitely returning more often 😌

I had an amazing omelette wrap here, I love that with the all day menu I could have that in the evening! I don’t live in Glasgow and I’m not there super often but I’ll definitely have to come back here the next time I’m in the area! It’s a lovely little cafe, and the lady at the counter was very friendly.

First off, the ladies working there, the ambience, the interior, the cleanliness and presentation where absolutely brilliant. The food was very fresh, authentic, very flavourful, and just outstanding. We will definitely be back there to eat again. However, the wait for the food to be prepared and brought to our table was a bit excessive (40 mins). Would recommend pre ordering before going to the cafe if you don't have time to sit in and wait long for the food to arrive. Everything else apart from that was fab! Xx

Love coming here I’ve probably been here about 6 or 7 times now, first time was for chaii & donuts to take away, which were fab! The next few times we visited was to sit in, it’s a lovely space very bright and clean, the girls are so nice and polite, The only thing I would say is the floor appears to be a bit slippy on a wet day as we recently noticed on our last visit, maybe something to watch. We’ve only had to wait a little excessively once but they were busy and that is understandable, we usually have the desi breakfast with parathas, we have also had the masala chips and our child has had the chicken tenders from the kids menu. We enjoy coming here and have no complaints, we’ll definitely be back. I’ve read a few of the other reviews and as much as everyone is entitled to their opinion they seem a little unfair, i too have also been to other similar establishments locally such as crema and doodh pati, both again good in there own right but as is mi chaii. Also the parathas my whole family enjoy them, are they frozen…maybe, but they’re good, so what!! How many places do you go where chips etc are frozen? If it’s a home cooked meal your looking for maybe you should go back to your mums! Anyway well done Mi Chaii !!

I ordered through deliveroo and loved the food. It's flavourful and served hot ! The golgappy had more than enough filling and water and the biriyani was just finger licking good 🤌. The cafe is cost friendly and serves good food for the cost !!!!

What a gem of a find next to Queen's Park. Dropped in for brunch and got some of the best breakfast and friendliest service. It is comparable to some of the most popular brunch spots in Shawlands. We had an All-day breakfast and a Desi breakfast. The roti was light and flaky and the spiced Chicken sausages were incredibly tasty. My only criticism is the masala omelette was a bit too oily and overcooked. I also paid for extras (onions and peppers), but there was hardly any of it in the omelette. Will definitely be back to try the assortment of doughnuts you guys have on offer.

Nipped for a coffee and after looking at the menu, I decided to have the keema with peas. Added bonus, it was on special and came with a drink. £7.49 for a filling portion of keema with 2 rotis and a pipping hot americano. Keema was so delicious, I didn't want it to finish. Friendly and helpful staff helped make my visit enjoyable. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely pop in again.
