Pretty quiet when I was in today at 2pm. Table and benches could have done with a wipe. Charge pads don't work on the tables but there are sockets with usb ports so if you have your own charger or cable you still have an option.
Drive through - MyDonalds in Govan is always busy and the drive through can be very swift and efficient with cheery friendly servers or it can be the opposite . Today's service was good. As for food. You can't beat a MacDonalds for quick and satisfying. I'm a pretty healthy eater so most often order one of the grilled chicken wraps or chicken salad but every now and again 'The Big Tasty' burger is available. Probably far too many calories but it's a guilty pleasure and it was delish. The chips were hot and well seasoned and what can you say about water... It was hydrating 👍.
They need to be more friendly at the collection window. Sometimes, you just get handed your food without a conversation, let alone a smile. Food is missing, which is happening frequently

My boys, brother and I have been going here for over 10 years and the service has fluctuated a lot throughout this time. Right now over the past 6 months has seen it at its worst. wrong orders after long waits and no milkshakes
Staff were amazing. Food was fresh and warm. Chips were nice and crispy. Also ordered an ask me for my daughters allergies and it was spot on.
It's a McDonald's so we know the script.

Place is good for quick bite but always crowded...sometimes you cant manage parking as well but the exit of outlet comes through a roundabout pl be very careful....we saw many silly accidents there..so stay safe..enjoy your bites
