I was expecting to be in the outside seating area with lots of food options but that's only the weekend, which was a shame because it was really hot out and very warm in the restaurant. You could either order Asian food or Italian. The service was a little slow but the food was great. I loved the Korean chicken although I've had much better bao buns. Maybe I'm just not used to city prices but for £8.50 a cocktail it would have been nice to have it in a nice glass or with an umbrella or something, just something a little special.

Got a pizza and some loaded fries to share, with my special friend. Food was excellent. Pizza was the best I’ve had for a while. Will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, it's a bar , restaurant ,and a comedy club rolled into one with the extra benefit of an interesting historic building right next to the arena we shared a fabulous pizza with chips on top ,very spicy

The food is good, but the service has let it down in the past for me! Been a few times now. This time though the food was really great from Romano’s menu. Very impressed! The service was better too! 😊 Hope they continue to make it better. Good location for the Hydro

Love that you can order dishes from different menus! We sat on the patio and order a mix of tasty things including the kimchi fries which were incredible! Patio was nice and the heaters kept us toasty. I went on a date night. My husband doesn't eat sushi so it was nice that I got to have some! Would also be ideal for a big group as well. Only four stars because the drinks came several minutes after all the food, but I understand it can't be coordinated when ordering from different menus. Will definitely be back!

Tasty food and absolutely lovely staff! Just wish they had some healthy options, it’s all pretty much comfort food. Also a little bit of a strange concept - inside is like a dated Italian restaurant and has table service but multiple kitchens serving food from all over the world? Highly recommend the szechuan cauliflower - a naughty but delicious vegetable!

My wife and I LOVE the restaurant Pickled Ginger on Argyle Street Glasgow. We were advised that they had relocated a limited menu to the Cranside Kitchen as part of their response to COVID 19. FOOD We booked and turned up not expecting to have the flexibility to choose from 3 other restaurants (Rioja, Halloumi and can't remember the other!) We stuck to our original choice and didn't regret it. ALL the food (yes, ALL OF IT) was DELICIOUS! The loaded Kimchi fries were spicy but not overly so. The katsu chicken was generous in its portion and the pumpkin Tonkatsu was also delicious. Best Salmon Sashimi we've ever had also. The best Chocolate Mochi and Baklava we've ever had!!! AMBIANCE We were sat by the window and upon arrival could have day outside if we wanted to. The view of the Clyde side was lovely. PARKING Final thing, the restaurant give you free all day parking upon arrival so that you don't need to worry about paying for a car park space. They take your vehicle registration. NEGATIVE (ONLY 1) My only negative is that a large soft drink is £3.50 or £2.50 for a regular soft drink. This is where most of our £10 per head eat out government discount was spent as we had 2 large soda water and limes each.

Very nice service. Beautiful site. Music a little bit too loud for my taste but nothing insufferable. Food was very nice and price very decent. We went for the Asian menu with my dad and everything was good. Ramen and Pad Thai 👌loaded fries for my wife were very generous and very nice 👍and again service was perfect. Prices very reasonable. Would be back here when back on that part of town. Thank you

We were a large group and the restaurant was very busy. We were very impressed by the speed of the service and the quality of the food. It was also really good value. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Asian style restaurant. Went for an evening meal and it looked really good with a huge variety of different food options culturally, went in to find that they had had to shrink the selection down a bit. Still a large menu of different types with Thai, Cantonese, Japanese and Chinese options on there, really good food but lack of dessert options after.

Comedy Cabaret night was superb. VIP Booth maybe a bit pricey for what it is but still enjoyable. Need to book a food ticket in advance if you’re after that. We were allowed to get takeaway food up from the Cranside Kitchen. Great staff and evening all round.

Went here just before Christmas and was very impressed with the staff and quality of food. I went for the chicken ramen which was absolutely delicious. There are 5 or 6 different outlets to select food from with orders going through an app so plenty options when in a bigger group. The only negative I would say is that the indoor seating feels a little outdated which I was surprised about but all good otherwise.
