Kurdistan Shawarma - Glasgow - Photo album

My "Go to" for a Kebab in the Southside. A family run business. The breads they make themselves are delicious. Last time in, I was given some of their own pizza(off the family table!) and it was delicious too. Well priced as well. I try to go nowhere else!
It's probably the best kebab place I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. Mind you, I always eat falafel there but my wife tried chicken kebab and she loved it. When it comes to falafels though it's pure magic. It's crispy, it's ridiculously huge, it's unbelievably cheap and it tastes delicious.
Very tasty middle eastern food, I had the Kurdish kebab which was delicious. They served us a free and absolutely fantastic lentil soup while we were waiting for our dishes and gave us free tea at the end. Amazing experience for very cheap price.
Possibly the best food and service I have ever had. The gentleman was very kind and caring. The food was delicious. If you like shawarma and want a desi touch to it - then you have to try this place. Absolute 10/10.
An excellent evening at Kurdistan, we all loved the free soup which arrived at our table when we sat down, really welcome on a cold Glasgow evening. Our meals were all delicious, generous portions also ment we got a couple of doggy bags to take home. the customer service was good, staff cheerfull, s
They don’t accept card, but it’s worth getting cash from the nearby cash machine!! The chef was friendly and helped us out as one of our group was gluten intolerant and two others were very fussy. Highly recommend the shawarma wraps, they were delicious, and you can watch as they use the tandoori ov
Lentil Soup for starter. (free) A crispy Naan bread filled with Chicken kebab pieces with 8 variety of salads and 8 variety of sauces of your choice. Bowl full of chips (not sure if he charged for this) A can of coke. All I paid was 4.50 for sit in. What a honest guy. I hope he puts the prices up fo
Tasty foods, very reasonable prices. A wrap of shawarma is only £3. They don't accept card payment tough. Have some cash on you.
Disclaimer - I have only had the falafel wrap! But that is really good. I recommend the Amber sauce (pronounced that way). Really nice guy that owns it
Real tasty stuff served with a smile and as fresh a daisy. This place really stands out, situated amongst the cluttered streets of Glasgow's southside just off Victoria Road on Calder Street, the Soup is to die for and don't get me started on the Tea.
They've refurbished the place it looks great and the food was brilliant. Forgot to take photos !! That's how good it was !! Will do that next time. I think some rival takeaway guy has left some bad reviews here cos the place was spotless.
Aw man, they're donnar kebabs are fantastic, salad is so fresh. This is a go to place for a fantastic kebab. Highly recommended
Very nice food and good price and friendly staff. But a bit dirty untidy. All the staff sitting about. No cleaning. Bread cramble all over the table and floor.
Best falafel I ever ate. It's not only tasty and fresh but cheap and the staff is incredibly nice.
