Ordered from here quite a few times now and every time it has been outstanding. The quality of the food is amazing. I have ordered both takeaway and delivery and I have never been let down by the service as it has been great every time. Would highly recommend.
The 1 star missing is the TV menu. The TV menu changes WAY too fast. You barely get to the 3rd line and it would change. There's no need for that. Keep your first TV cycling through all the images and banners with TV #2 and #3 remain still. We ended up grabbing their paper menu to read.
Decided to come try after having their veggie samosa at a house party. Superly yummy food! Very flavorful butter chicken, would have liked a few more chicken pieces. LOVE their veggies samosa. Dined in. Very clean tables. No issues with their dine in set up .
Tried the Butter chicken and coconut rice, Goat curry and chapati and the tandoori chicken (half). Everything was sooo good. I love chapati and curry. If you see me dancing while eating, then you know the food is finger licking good. Good job "Second wife kitchen". Thank you
I recently ordered takeout from this Indian restaurant, and it was an absolute gem. From the Gol Gappa to the Aloo Tikki and the unexpected Peda, the entire meal was fantastic.
The Gol Gappa was incredibly fresh, and the Aloo Tikki was a delightful blend of textures and flavors. However, the real standout was the Peda, the best I've had since moving to Canada.
I'm definitely coming back here. This place deserves a solid five-star rating for its exceptional food and welcoming service. It's my new favorite spot for authentic Indian cuisine.
I ordered off uber eats for my first time and was highly satisfied with the ammount of food they gave . The naan was perfectly cooked and fluffy and i swear this is the best butter chicken ive ever had its nice and creamy and not plain tasting like alot of other places.
Also their chickpea masla was the perfect ammount of spice to tie the meal together. Definitely will order again

Tried Second Wife kitchen tonight and everything was so delicious!!!
We did take out, everything was hot, packaged great with large portions.
The food had such flavour, I actually over ate because I couldn't help myself.
As a beginner I tried the butter chicken, coconut rice, garlic Naan, tandoori chicken (half) and samosas.
We will be back! I noticed they had burgers and fries for kiddos who might be picky, Mom and dad can treat themselves to a grown up dinner and still satisfy the kids!
Try it! You won't be disappointed!
Oh! and Dipak (manager) even threw in free dessert to try.
I recommend everyone To go second wife restaurant, specially neighborhood of second wife. It's amazing food with flavor and authentic style of cooking. If I would have chance give more than 5 * , I will give certainly. I think it's totally amazing food from starter to main course

Have been ordering food from here for almost 2 years now. Quality has always been great. I have never had an issue with wait times, even when I've walked in and ordered during dinner time on a Friday night. Could eat the veggie samosas everyday. I've liked every dish I've tried so far. Goat Biryani, butter chicken and mixed veggies/paneer are my favorites

Very flavourful food , not a dine place but for takeout 10/10. Malai chaap and malai kofta is one of my personal favourite .
Excellent hospitality and taste, all the employees were very welcoming and the food was delicious. The chef also made me my favourite dish from back home which was not in the menu.

His Tiffin service is amazing. We moved to Edmonton and were looking for tiffin options as the kitchen was not set up. He prepares food with all his heart. Will totally recommend this place to everyone. He has some best menu options to choose from.
The food is excellent, had their chicken Tikka Masala, butter chicken and veggies samosa. It's authentic Indian food. All very great portion and you can't beat their prices. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
This is probably the best indian food i have had in Edmonton. We ordered the butter chicken combo and kashi pakora combo. Both we very flavorful and delicious, we ordered for pickup and everything was sitting there waiting on time as promised. Will definitely be trying out more of this massive menu!
