Ever since I’ve been to Japan, I’ve been searching tirelessly for Otoro sushi, or fatty tuna sushi and I finally, FINALLY! Found it here. The ambiance is cosy, the waiters are super friendly and nice and always check everything’s okay and just generally very helpful. Presentation is A+ and the food tastes great! Well done guys! And thank you for making my day :)!

I tried one of the menu items from Hanami which is called Gyudon. It is Japanese rice bowl. Personally, I like the taste. The mixture of the ingredients blend very well in my tongue. As an Asian I can say it was a perfect dish. Also, the portion was so generous. So, you will not regret buying the Gyudon here.

The best sushi I have ever tasted, the freshness of the salmon, juicyness of the wagyu beef, and the quality of the sushi rice was heavenly. The waiters were nice and the aesthetics of the place were great. Priceless food, really happy I chose to eat here. 10/10 would go again

We live in South Ayrshire but travel through when we can to go here. The sushi is phenomenal. Soft shell crab, salmon with cheese, tempura soft shell crab, etc.. It's just amazing. Richard, the manager, is the friendliest, most helpful, obliging, mannerly person and an absolute asset to this company. We tell everyone we know to go here, and they do. 100% in our eyes, go... You won't be disappointed.

Pax: 2 Meal: Dinner Diet: Vegan The entrance itself has a curtain that gives a vibe of calm and seclusion on this busy street. If it's raining outside you place your umbrella at the entrance and walk in for a pleasant dining experience. The staff is welcoming and so is the ambience. The first impression being the menu, is not only large but also very descriptive. To top it off there are pictures of quite a few dishes to help the customer decide. This should help first timers sail through smoothly. While beverages are preferred with meals, hot water in a pot works best for cold rainy days. Dry food is served on a wooden plate and arrives rather quickly. It is best eaten slowly, on it's own and in quiet. A delight for those who enjoy simple basic food. Order: Tofu Nigiri Avocado Hosomaki Hot water. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 Ambience 5/5

The place is really nice. It's at the beginning of the West End cosy places and there are plenty of spaces to park at the neighboring streets. The food was delicious, although bill for 2 of us for 2 starters, share plate, 4 drinks and 2 deserts was about £65.

Beautiful place with lots of attention to details. It is small but not cramped. Cosy environment and subtle music playing. Had some of the most amazing sushi I’ve had in Glasgow. Sashimi felt so fresh and the salmon melted on our mouths. Really friendly staff. Star of the night was the Hanami roll. Gone so quick I forgot to take a photo!

The hotpot was tasty and the portion was generous but I would expect the quality of the beef to be a bit better. Other than this I think it’s a nice little restaurant that worths trying out.

국이 짜요... the rice was cooked properly and the ambiance was very nice. Seabass nigiri could be my favorite. Not sure if I'll visit again though.

Came here last minute and we were given a cosy and spacious booth despite it being a busy Saturday night. The menu is amazing, with so much choice. The food was spectacular and the tempura was the best I think I’ve ever had. The service was great and I can’t wait to return! I’ve told friends and family to visit too.

Foods were fresh and hot, but could use a good seasoning especially for the takoyaki. It tasted quite bland and the octopus filling also quite tiny. Others were delicious, the tempura, tuna tartar and sushi so worth to try. Ambience was okay, some server seemed unfriendly while others actually very helpful and warm. A great Japanese restaurant, if only all the servers were nice and welcoming.

Little gem in Finnieston. It’s not a big restaurant, better book avoid disappointment. Very relaxing atmosphere. Nicely presented sushi platter, sizzling Steak teriyaki, hot Sake! Lovely staff. We will definitely come back. Recommended.
