Nice change of scenery from the standard burger joint, menu is impressive and the food was great. I have no care for it being plastic chairs like some have mentioned, its a comfortable laid back diner.
Service was prompt and professional. All our options were explained clearly and the meal was delicious. Waitress was very friendly and courteous. Enjoyed our experience immensely.
It's very sad to see all the negative reviews... I go to A LOT of shows at the SSE Hydro & always get my dinner here beforehand. I'm usually a walk in and they're always very polite and accommodating, especially with the pre-concert menu, which is always served up very quickly. Today I had booked a table for 7 over the phone and it was a lovely process. I was running late and the waiter was kind enough to seat my party and provide their food which we really appreciated as we were in a little bit of a rush anyway. Me & my friend's food came very quickly and as usual it was warm & delicious! Just what we needed in the chilly weather! We even tipped the waiter for his fantastic service. Thank you for always providing excellent service every time I've visited :)
First time here, we visited with 2 vouchers for sushi - all you can eat. We were seated fairly quickly but had no idea how to use our vouchers or order drinks so had to wait and catch someone's attention to ask. I found the ordering procedure a bit confusing so my partner ordered for us both.
The food did not take long and was impeccable. Really decicious tempura dishes, starters and sushi.
I unfortunately felt a bit ill halfway through (ongoing illness, nothing to do with food) and the waiter kindly gave me two tubs to take the sushi home for later.
Place was clean throughout and decorated beautifully. We were seated next to an open window that we couldn't close so had to keep my jacket on as it was really cold.
All in all, a great experience and we will be back.
Great place for dinner. Chicken and mushroom pasta had a bit too much garlic but salmon pasta was delicious. The pizza was great as well. The waiter was very friendly and the service was fast. Would recommend.

Great for a pre-concert meal as very close to the venues - the food and service at the Italian place were great, had a set menu with a nice choice of starters and mains. Another plus: they serve Moretti beer :)

Dinner before a concert 1st time on arrival we were shown to our table. We were told to scan qr code and order online which we did mains and dessert the dessert arrived before the food confusing the reason for this is there are different kitchens so if you want dessert you have to order after you've had your mains. The girl had explained but forgot to say about dessert. It's a bit of an unusual concept but if ordering properly works. The service was fast and efficient and the staff were smiling which was a nice change recently I've noticed waiting staff seem to think we can't see of they're smiling 😀 we can so well done 🤗

Only ordered from here once for takeaway but the pizzas we got were absolutely delicious and I loved the variety on the menu. It's a bit on the pricey side, especially for delivery to where I live but I can see myself coming back here with my husband for a date night. There's something charming and romantic about Italian food done well.
Fantastic night, food and service was amazing on our visit on 24th November. Female and male management visible and chatting. Young waiters working non stop. Ordering food from the menu on your phone was the only downside, but we got there eventually, understand this is the times we live in for now.

Had a great afternoon here chose to sit outside. You can choose from 4 menus ( italian, Spanish, Thai and Greek) we chose thai.
Food was awesome, recommend the Yum Yum chicken. Staff really attentive, made sure we stayed dry when it started to rain.
Everything priced reasonably and nice atmosphere. Would definitely be go back and try another cuisine.
Went to the Italian for lunch on a non show day. Nice friendly staff. Enjoyed the food. Only comment is that it would have been good to have a better children's menu. 3 courses for tenner but was huge portions and far too much for a 3 year old. Would be better to have option of small and big children and change price accordingly
This was my first time at La Rotunda the atmosphere was great the staff are polite and friendly . And you receive great service and the food was amazing very tasty and also their prices are reasonable
