Best customer service I have experienced in a British McDonalds. Greeters brilliant. Counter staff excellent and the Assistant Manager very attentive.
Normally this service is only seen in the US. Well done to all.

The drive thru at this McDonald's is much better and more efficient than the one down the road next to tesco.

I don't know what is so hard about getting a food order right. Always something missing or wrong. Staff aren't as friendly as they used to be at parkhead.

Food was a bit cold, portions definitely smaller. Trying to get a member of staff to help when the self service didn't work was a bit of a nightmare, too busy chatting amongst the other staff.
Food was normal the staff were slow and kept making mistakes
Placed an order for delivery realised when I got home that I hadn't been given my correct burger but was to far to travel so had to bin most of the burger lettuce and pickles as I ordered it without but other than that as u can excpect for fast food. The staff were friendly and helpful when I delt with them.
