After a really tough morning shift I was presented a really great food and customer service. The staff Bella & Callum were very kind and bubbly and made me feel very welcome.
A Burger King like any other or so I thought, wasn't a good start as my order was wrong but a Shift Manager on at the time Calum was wonderfully polite and helpful and it was sorted in a jiffy. Then a disaster of my own making happened I dropped my drink but again to save the day and my embarrassment Calum was over in a flash personally cleaned it up while reassuring me it's all ok, man some hero's really don't ware capes!
Food was as good as I expected from Burger King I enjoyed it but what a top guy Calum was, thanks pal.
This is my go to place whenever I shop at the Buchanan galleries, the service is quick and efficient and the staff here always have a smile on their face. One of the best burger kings in the Glasgow.
Typica Burger King but next to two other restaurants very close to each others both selling Korean and Asian street food .
But the Burger King was the busiest of the three .
It was very clean and tables clean and the floor was constantly being swept and kept was spotlessly clean .
When in Edinburgh again I wouldn't hesitate in using this Burger King again

I come to Bk in Buchanan Galleries a couple times a week. The service is always spot on and the staff are brilliant and friendly always go out their way to help me to my table with my meal as I have the baby with me. The restaurant is clean and the food is always hot. Highly recommended.
Went here for the first time, incredibly never knew there was a BK in Buchanan Galleries despite having been here several times before.
Ordered a vegan meal, was impressed by the speed it was made, told by staff that vegan orders are cooked fresh so expected a wait but was done quickly and just the way I had asked for it.
