Late night early morning attendance Service slow but plenty customers coming/going Best and hottest fries ever provided by McD Only issue was staff don't wear gloves and one young male staff preparing food had bad rash at back of neck who kept itching & the touching food. Real turn off. Hair nets and gloves should be a must in hospitality.

As you’d expect from a McDonald’s, standard fast food at standard prices, good for a snack.

Love a bit of local entertainment! Staff were dealing with some dregs of society who obviously had nothing better to do than noise up McDonald’s staff and fight amongst themselves. Staff handled the situation really well, stayed calm under what must have been a lot of pressure and got our order to us without any problems at all. The food is always a bit hit & miss at McDonald’s, but the staff here get 5 stars for keeping calm & getting customer orders out despite the disruption from little boys who couldn’t handle their wine.

I am Disabled as is my friend and when we visited this McDonalds on Springburn Road, we were immediately spotted by a member of staff named Ann. It was evident she had spotted us from the parking lot, as she delivered food to people waiting in cars, for their food to be brought out to them in the Waiting Area. She clearly saw us in a Disabled Bay and realised we were parking to eat in the Restaurant. She helped us order our food, cleaned and prepared a table for us, and after ordering with us, proceeded to collect all the items, like salt, sugar, napkins etc, that we would require and brought everything over to our table. She regularly checked throughout the duration of our time there, as to whether we had everything we needed or wanted. Any request from us was met with a smile and a happy positive attitude. Ann helped us make our meal more enjoyable, and she achieved this by ensuring her input was appropriate and measured. Throughout this time, Ann was still dealing with deliveries to waiting cars outside and helping the counter staff fill the Delivery driver’s orders, all completed with a smiling face and cheery attitude. She used humour to engage with everybody within the McDonald’s Restaurant as the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. This was my Friend and I’s first visit to this store and due to how enjoyable Ann made our visit, it is the start of regular visits on our part. Ann was a terrific advert for your Company. A credit to Herself and her Management Team. An excellent employee. We sincerely hope that she receives some form of recognition for all we saw today, because it was clear, her commitment to doing her job, to the best of her abilities, was absolute. By Mrs L. Dempsey and Mrs J. McCann, November 24th 2022.

I was in this branch yesterday with my friend's 9 year old daughter and we were both very impressed by the service we received from Lewis. He was so helpful, extremely pleasant and very polite. Well done Lewis, itswas a pleasure to be served by you.

Better than Robroyston McDonald's, not as good as Kirkintilloch's, Springburn is destined to be the decent enough McDonald's option of the north side of the city. Food quality is generally good, but the drive through is busier than most, and - not coincidentally I suspect - I've had more order errors at this McDonald's than any other. Still, when the lure of the breakfast menu calls...
