Really enjoyed catching up with a friend at Patisserie Valerie today. I had a tasty wrap and my friend had the soup which she liked. We were having such a good time chatting we stayed and had more tea and cakes! I ordered a red velvet cake while my friend opted for the baked cheesecake. Both were delicious! They were big portions and we both intended saving a piece to take home... however they were so yummy we ate it all! A really great cafe to sit in and relax with friends.
All aspects of the afternoon tea were tasty and fresh. We were able to walk-in without booking and the staff were friendly and accommodated our dietary requirements.
We had such a good experience the manager was sooo lovely and the guy who served us was lovely aswell I will definitely be going back.. it was sooo busy but still everything was soo nice thank you so much to them.
Valerie Patisserie’s mille-feuille (or vanilla slice) is gorgeous, and Moria remembering our special order once a month in a very busy cafe is extremely impressive!
Took my auntie out for some lunch and got amazing service with beautiful food. Cakes are insanely good, great choice and the staff couldn't be nicer. Would definitely recommend popping in.

First time visiting and it definitely did not disappoint. The customer service was to a standard that is lacking in most places! We were served by Rachel, (after we asked her name) as her knowledge of coffee was second to none and made for a very memorable and enjoyable first visit. We will certainly be back!
I try to pop in here when I'm in Silverburn, easily the best place in there for a coffee. Been in a few times now over the last few months for food too, service has always been great. One of your colleagues Theresa has been particularly helpful in recommending things. Will happily be back.

Previously a customer of the now closed branch of Patisserie Valerie in W.Nile Street Glasgow, we were pleased to find this branch at Silverburn. Staff were friendly and efficient, place was clean and we enjoyed our cream tea. Tasty scone, plenty of real leaf tea in the pot and very tasty scone. Next time we'll treat ourselves to one of the fabulous cakes on display.
An absolutely fabulous staff team at Silverburn. Moira, Kat, Rachel and Alex provide a great service they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The Food and coffee is lovely. I highly recommend a visit. I would also like to add this team/company were very supportive of the recent Macmillan coffee morning in Pollok library fabulous community involvement.
The food and drinks are the very best. The staff Moira Catalina Treesa, are like a family, nothing is too much trouble for them. They make me feel like the Queen. The Patisserie puts a smile on my face, what can beet that.
Food was excellent very quick service asked name of chef was told it was Tyler so just want to give him a mention and say he's a credit looking forward to coming back

Had a lovely high tea here today on a groupon my sister purchased. Everything tasted wonderful and we brought the little pastries home because we were stuffed! The wee scones and clotted cream were just delightful. The young girl who served us had a smile the whole time. I should have asked her name...she was so "perky!" :)
We had great coffee and cake here, the service is always fantastic as well as all the staff who are amazing. You will not regret going here, fantastic place xx ❤️❤️
Came with my mum for her birthday and the food was amazing staff was very friendly special thanks to Tyler who I was advised prepared the food and new to the company well done cant wait to come back
