Went out with my mum and dad for my dad's birthday. Table was booked for 2pm, we arrived ten minutes early and were surprised to be seated straight away as it was really busy.
We were asked if we wanted drinks and had them within five minutes.
We then ordered our food and it all arrived to the table at the same time. The waitress asked us if we were all happy with our food and could she get us anything else. They were very attentive.
We ordered desserts and my dad also asked for the liqueur Limoncello. When the waitress brought it to the table she told my dad that it was free because it was his birthday. The desserts were fab. My parents then asked for coffees. My glass was accidentally knocked over and smashed however two staff members cleared it up immediately.
The price was reasonable for what the 3 of us ate and drank. Nice restaurant with lovely staff and a great menu to cater for all. Will definitely return.
Absolutely loved my dinner tonight Chicken Carbonara is defo worth a try. Had to sit out in the mall section as place was really busy only complain was it was rather chilly.�

A visit to Silverburn wouldn't be complete without a visit to Prezzo !! We're always made welcome, especially by Chrishell and Andrea. The food is delicious and staff always check that it's to your satisfaction. Keep doing what you're doing !!

The food was great, liked that the calories were shown. Service by the person in charge was excellent but the waitress asigned to our table was a bit hit and miss. She forgot about bringing us tea we had ordered and also bringing our bill! The woman in charge was very quick in remedying and also getting me a side salad I ordered later. Will definitely be back.
A birthday party of seven. Staff very friendly and attentive, food great with a varied menu. More than ample proportions, served efficiently. Calamari starter was very tasty, and mains, (pasta & pizza) hot. No room left for dessert! Drinks & coffee to finish. Thanks to all staff , especially Dylan, who made this an enjoyable evening. Will go back.
Great staff and food excellent. Restaurant is very well maintained and makes a great meeting point for quick lunches or leisurely dinners. Family friendly and won't break the bank. We are regulars now and never been disappointed.
Excellent service. Friendly staff. We were served by a friendly male member of staff who couldn't have been more helpful, offered advice on menu choices and despite being busy returned to table to offer more drinks. A nice relaxing atmosphere after a busy day at work.

Great service and all staff were very accommodating and we had a great night. 40 of us there for our Christmas night out and it was brilliant. Very large portions of food and of high quality. Went tonight with a party of 6. Service was outstanding, especially the supervisor Alicja, who regularly checked everything was ok with a happy smile. Food was first class and certainly could not find fault. Great service and good food .
They allowed my family in for my surprise 40th which was meant to be a quiet meal. They kept my very young nephews well entertained & my wheelchair bound father was treated like rest of us human beings, not ignored or given the poor me's either.
I've been there with my girlfriend for a nice dinner.
Food and service was great, very friendly staff and welcome atmosphere.
I'm gonna definitely go again.
