The bus station was generally satisfactory, although it could be slightly perplexing due to the multitude of buses, making navigation a bit challenging. However, once I managed to find my way around, I thoroughly enjoyed the journey.

I went there this evening as all the trains to Carlisle had been cancelled. I spoke to a girl called Sarah, she was really helpful and pleasant even though they had just that minute closed for the evening, I’m very grateful she took the time and helped me book a ticket for the National Express, she was so patient and which was needed as I was so anxious, I even forgot my own phone number! Which I needed for the ticket. 10/10 for customer service 😀

A woman with brown hair served me at the ticket office. She was very helpful and accommodating. I'm Autistic and quite prone to being stressed on journeys. Made the whole experience so much easier.
