Have been ordering take away meals from The Hot Wok for 5 years & have NEVER had a bad meal yet. Can honestly say that it is (in my opinion) the best Chinese Take Away within a 5 mile radius of Sandyhills. As for the drivers have always found them to be polite & courteous, apologising to me if they feel that my delivery has taken longer than I was told it would be when I ordered. Can only fully endorse this Take Away and recommend that you try them, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Hot wok Eric and Graham and staff are fantastic go above and beyond to make your night in their restaurant amazing highly recommended them thanks again always have take away from here 2nd birthday dinner here and would definitely use again x

My favourite local Chinese. Have the best salt and chilli chicken balls. Forgot 2 things from an order one Saturday. Phoned up and they gave us a free main next order. Outstanding service and the girl with the glasses who is on front counter is always so friendly.
Chow mein was perfect and loads of chicken and very big portion for the money. Staff lovely too :)
Food is always tasty, not bad time wise for getting food ready either. Only downside is they often forget one or two bits of our order, and being 20min drive away is annoying to go back, like Christmas day there was a fried rice missing and the chicken curry wasn't as asked for, but like I said food is tasty.
I recently order from the restaurant and ended cancelling the order online.But still showed paid online.Got a chap on my door with the order,so i took it thinking i was already charged for it.Later on the driver came back explaining to me that i was not charged,so i made another cash payment.
Generally the food was nice and hot,will still order from them anytime.
Phoned up an order went and collected it everything was fine
Last minute dine out.. Quiet at our visit, although takeaway side had a steady flow... We were seated and served promptly, while staff made sure we had all we needed, price for two people with a few drinks, was very inexpensive, with a lovely vibe
