First time here, absolutely amazed! Service was very friendly and Watching the chef roll the dough and then cook the noodles fresh was great, and then the food itself. Wow! Massive portion and so tasty. I got the Shredded Cucumber & Carrot In Sesame Sauce with sliced noodles. Unreal, will definitely be back.

This place is another hidden gem in the city centre, specialising in specific types of northern Chinese noodles and dumplings. Personally, I prefer the sliced noodles but since going meat-free my choices are a little limited, doesn't stop me from returning though. There aren't many seats, and given the type of dishes I wouldn't recommend take-away either.

My friend brought me here where the chef will make the fresh noodles which is so authentic and delicious when served. dumpling is a star for me The noodle and wanton together in a same bowl might be too much to finish. They have a vegetable side bar ( seaweeds, nuts or bean sprouts etc.) to get which I quite enjoy to combine the flavour. Cash only and it can be crowded during lunchtime

Such a cool place for authentic Chinese hand-pulled noodles! Great menu with a big range of dishes; casseroles, dumplings, rice dishes, and of couse their specialty noodles. You can choose thick or thin noodles and they are made fresh in front of you. The beef shin broth was simple but tasty. No alcohol but they have interesting imported soft drinks. Prices from around £8

Authentic Chinese hand pull noodles! Came get a few times already cuz the noodles are just too good, you can see the chef makes his hand pull noodles in the back! The beef brisket noodles are always 10/10, I always adds an egg in there as well! The wonton noodle is my friends favourite, he loves the soup as well😄! Soup dumplings are great, the cold dishes salad is definitely a great starter. Besides, really good price for the portion. The service is lovely, very welcoming. Definitely recommend this gem to all noodles lover, will certainly come back to try more things! Edit: came back last week to try 冒菜(a variety of meet and veggies in a spicy broth), it was so good, very spicy and huge portions!

HAND-PULLED NOODLES This place was amazing! Only had time for a quick lunch but the dishes I tasted were awesome. I got the chicken stir fry and was able to have some of the beef brisket noodle soup. Both were a good sized portion and very filling. The beef brisket noodles were fantastic. Great deep and rich broth and the meat was lovely and tender. This place is cash only by the way but there is an ATM close by.

We had the beef and homemade wonton noodles with a side of jiaozi! Food was authentic and reasonably priced. You can also see the chef in the back making hand pulled noodles 😄 Only downside was that we were there at around 6pm on a weekday and they didn't have some of the options we wanted. Also the soup could be a tad more hotter!

Amazing authentic restaurant. You can watch the noodles being made and all the dishes we tried were absolutely delicious! All of the dishes we ordered had the choice of Pork, beef or vegetarian.

Came into this restaurant because of the rain and found myself a gem. Look no further if you want authentic Chinese noodle made by hand right in front of you. Their broth is tasty without msg that make you thirsty. Their dumplings are delicious and serve piping hot like in China. We bought extra take away of their braised beef, lamb rack and spicy pig ears back as supper with red wine.

If you want a real taste of China, look no further - this is the place to go! I lived in Shanghai for two years, and I hadn't had noodle soup and dumplings this authentic since I left... until today. Their chef makes all their noodles by hand right, on the spot, and they're to die for. The pork or beef dumplings are also made by hand on the spot, and from the first bite, you can taste their homemade-iness. Try their salads too, the seaweed one was delicious! The portions are quite big, and at about 8£ a soup, it's well worth the experience. The staff is very friendly, and while the place itself may be a bit small, its cozy feel gives it its charm. A must go-to place for all Chinese food lovers!

An awesome slice of China within the city centre. Beautiful food, excellent options including freshly pulled noodles. Great prices and portion sizes. Friendly staff, kind and welcoming definitely worth a visit if you want to try traditional Chinese dishes including the stated Lanzhou (Gansu) noodles and Sichuanese dishes for people who like their spice

The noodles (I got pork with noodles in broth) were amazing, and I loved watching the chef hand pull them behind the counter. The place is small but cute and had an authentic Chinese, family run feel to it. I only speak English but the staff were lovely to me and helped me, and the server could speak English and helped me out

Perfect hole in the wall spot for authentic hand-pulled noodles. I had beef flank noodle soup for £7.50 and a £2 plate of salad (picked from a self service salad bar which included a dish of smashed cucumbers, one of salted peanuts, seaweed, celery salad and others). Big portions (I could have split my bowl of noodle soup and a salad between two for lunch and been satisfied). Beef flank was fall-apart tender. Service was friendly and efficient. It’s cash only.

Delicious noodles, hand-pulled right in front of you. I had the vegetarian one which was fresh and full of flavour. There are also a wide variety of tasty extras you can add. Cash only and they don't speak any English, which I think is a sign of a good noodle place. Highly recommend

Easily one of my favourite noodle places. The noodles are always freshly handmade and the soup comes nice and hot. The boss is friendly too. Definitely recommend.

Probably the only handmade Chinese noodle shops in Glasgow and Scotland, and it serves one of the best beef noodles I have ever had in my life. Can’t recommend more highly.
