I found the Cineworld staff at the upstairs kiosk very helpful and no major issue with queues or confusion but I do always arrive a bit early so I can get organised.
Was at the 1330 Blade Runner 2049 showing. The crowd of people when I left looked much more busy for the next screening.
The seats in the venue are my only bug bear. For the price of the ticket, the IMAX experience should be more comfortable.
1st Choice to go see a movie, screen size is massive, big difference to Odeon Imax at Breahead which has a much smaller screen.
I've sat at the front, middle, side and back of the hall..there are no bad seats!
Perfect place to watch a "Blockbuster".

I have been in the Cineworld IMAX in Glasgow Science centre once with Partners and Play in Summer 2010 and we went to see Sherek forever after in 3d in the cinemas in Glasgow Science Centre. It was a great picture in 3d too.
The Taste Cafe at Glasgow Science Centre is located at the far end of the Science Centre on the ground floor, we were here in the winter and were cold so having their soup was just what we needed. With it being a museum cafe it is more pricier than average but we thought the food was excellent. There was a bit of a wait for our food to arrive but you do get the option of sitting inside or outside, but with it being cold, we wanted to stay warm. I think it was worth the wait and as the other reviews state, there is certainly a lack of staff which is not their fault but this did cause a lot of wait on an off-peak season.
Excellent experience. A pretty large menu, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan options available. Large Portions and Cheap Prices. All the food tasted great. We only waited 10 mins for it to be served. Would definitely visit again and recommend for others visiting the Science Centre.
