It's not as good as it was at the beginning. Perhaps overheads, and ingredient prices have increased and in order to stay competitive in prices, the quality of the milkshakes have decreased.

Purchased a Groupon for part of my daughter's birthday treat. However, apparently we were 5 minutes too late to use it. (Had to be used before 1pm apparently) Staff were extremely unhelpful. They simply blamed Groupon and refused to be of any assistance. The voucher was of no use to me afterwards.

I bought a voucher for Bibble online and on it it said that bibble was available in Silverburn. I had to rearrange my schedule so i could go there just to realise that they had closed a couple of months ago and haven't bothered changing the details on their webiste. i must say it is very annoying when they constantly run out of ingredients. Also they never open on time and again i had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to get ingredients first thing in the morning. Other than that the milkshakes are good.

I am writing this as I stand infront of 3 of you members of staff all having a conversation about a boy. Not one has noticed I am standing at the counter. Your members of staff then turned to face me and said “yes. Can I help you?” For a split second she must have forgotten what her job was. I order
