Now just reopened under new management. Had a lovely pre theatre meal on Saturday evening. Food was all delicious. Service amazing. The new owner Kevin even visited our table to get feedback on our dining experience.

Seemed unorganized, although food did not take long. Tried something different, it would have helped having description on the menu. Food was good, but not what we expected.
Spicy hot pot ordered, not sure if that's what I got? But, what I got was tasty enough.
First time in Peking Palace. Unplanned stop off, We were greeted with kindness and accommodated even though they were fully booked, Meal was Delicious, Definitely will be Back.
Staff couldn’t be more accommodating and waiter Tony was such a lovely guy with a backstory that I was happy to hear.
Food was lovely you get your monies worth and the prices are really reasonable I recall the place in the 90s and recall the place bustling at the seams not like that these days too much choice on offer but get your arses back and support a local business ;)
Meal was excellent but need to get draft beer back!
Place isn't the most modern but one of those restaurants that I would say don't let the look put you off. Food was tremendous. Will defo be back again
Had a lovely meal from peking palace in burnside earlier . Chicken satay was tasty and soft , crispy peking chicken was full of flavour and crispy chicken , salt and Chili chicken just the right a pint of spice and sweet and sour chicken fell of soft chicken . Really enjoyed my meal and this will be my new favourite takeaway till we can go in for a sit down meal. Good quality and service
I can’t believe other reviews, I’ve been using this restaurant for almost 30 years and never have had a complaint about anything.
Other reviewers I feel are being very critical but not in a positive manner.
I’m sure if most of these issues had been raised at the time of visit / order/ delivery then they would have been resolved by the friendly staff.
Favourite restaurant to go out to with family and friends. Have been going for years. Staff are polite and excellent at their job. Food is fantastic and pretheatre menu is great value. Recommend the chicken satay, chow mein and the pineapple fitters.

I used to be a regular customer when it first opened but moved away from the area. Well it was as good as I remembered. Food delicious and service excellent. Would have given five stars but interior needs modernising and car park area too.
Good food..enjoyed it very much but it would be enhanced as a restuarant to go to if they improved the ambience of the place. No music..bright lights..basic...a shame.
