These Costas at retail parks all have the same building, slightly futuristic looking. This one in Robroyston retail park sells all the usual range of Costa products, with the hot drinks, cakes, biscuits and paninis, tried and tested products but they could give them some individualism, something different to whet the imagination

I asked a very simple request and was told they cannot do that. So they can make coffee but cannot stir the syrup through the coffee. This is during the lockdown period and want to hand out items which could be contaminated. Every single other costa coffee I have been to including this one has in the past had zero issues with such a simple request. My review is not based on the coffee, its great hence why I go so often. Its based on the piss poor customer service from one single individual who had an attitude problem. Even the management in her place has done this. Its not difficult to do, there is no health and safety issues to stop it. Bishopbriggs no problem, Strathkelvin no problem, braehead no problem, livingston guess what...no problem and the various service stations around the country...Not a problem! Train your staff so they know a simple request should not be followed with "i cant do that"
Update: since this encounter, the staff have been pleasant and offered assistance in any way possible. The revamp of the place is stunning as well.
Nice clean cafe, toilets nice and clean, staff were quick to clean tables even though they were busy. Staff friendly, coffee and hot chocolate were made well and quickly. Service was quick despite being busy. A drive through would be good as well but it really didn't take long to be served in store.

Like all Costas, there’s a great selection of cakes and pastries to go with the espresso-based coffee of your choice.
Personally, I’d love if Costa would also offer filter coffee, but that’s just my personal taste.
There are, of course, teas, hot chocolate and cold drinks on offer too.
There’s plenty of parking directly outside. The premises are kept to the high standard you’d expect and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Could do with staff cleaning tables a bit more regularly. Might have just been the time of day I was in there thought. Otherwise great coffee, friendly staff.
Met up with a friend for a coffee and a chat. Plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible. Fairly quick service. Friendly staff. Clean washrooms.
Always a really busy spot - but dead handy for catching up With folk from different areas of Glasgow as so close to the motorway. And can avoid the Queuing on the m8 to get in to
