I love chilling in this Costa. Even when busy you are able to find space and relax.
The staff are friendly and the coffee options are great!

This is my favourite Costa. Staff are brilliant, coffee is great. I’m here often with my 2 year old son and staff are fantastic with him.

Popped in for a quick coffee, lad behind the counter was extremely pleasant..Also gave me a small cream for the dog 👍🏻
I visited in the morning so was really quiet but was really clean and smart, the staff were really really helpful when asked questions would defo visit again
Love meeting up with friends in Costa - staff are always so nice and keen to help. Just wish they had a more varied vegi choice for hot sandwiches or even cold wraps. Getting a bit tired of cheese n tomato wraps. Won’t put me off going or recommending though - it’s the perfect place to have an unhur

Probably the best service I have received in a Costa. Most polite and efficient staff I've ever seen in a costa. Not too busy, not too quiet. Ideal little location.
I have been visiting Costa here in Baillieston each day for a few weeks. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, if your looking for a warm welcome, friendly environment and a decent cup come here.
We're always so impressed by the staff's attitude. Always putting the customer first. The space is fantastically decorated, with lots of windows including the large main window, allowing lots of natural light. On a nice day, there is seating outside too. Consider it recommended.
I visit this Costa branch regularly. The staff are lovely, welcoming and very helpful. The premises are always clean and tidy. Good selection of products and good value for money. Can't think of anything negative about this branch. Highly recommend.

Friendly welcoming staff, also a change not having to work for my coffee by having to clear a table prior to sitting down. The store was very clean and all tables clear and not like some Costa stores I have been in recently. "Well Done"

The two girls serving must be two of the most courteous and helpful that I have ever met in a costa coffee. So bubbly and cheery on a wet miserable day. Well done.
