Really great Chinese hot pot and BBQ. Its all you can eat between £22-25. We went on a quiet Saturday lunch time.
Select your ingredients from the menu and then cook them in broth, dip them in a sauce of your taste once they're cooked - Delicious!
Definately try if you like exotic ingredients and flavours! The staff were friendly and attentive
We'll definately be back!
*As a warning, this place is cash only, but there are plenty of cash machines in the area.*
Came here having never been to a hot pot restaurant before, but knowing roughly what to expect from looking online. The place is all you can eat, with a grill section and a hotpot included in the one price, and you just check the boxes on the menu for all the different meats, veg, seafood and tofu/noodles you want, all included!
I personally found the seating kind of uncomfortable, as there is practically no legroom under the tables so I had to twist at an angle, but my partner had no problems.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, coming over to check on the meats on the bbq portion or advise when things in the hotpot were ready to eat. However, they forgot to mention the sauce station which is pretty critical to a hotpot and was around the corner out of sight of our table. (Another table next to ours didn't know about it either, they only went after they saw us going to use it).
We ordered WAY too much food- which all seemed to be a pretty decent quality with some unusual things like razor clams. Some if the dishes we ordered got sent to the table next to ours, and we got some of theirs, but like I said we ordered too much so we didn't miss the extra food, and we traded the plates around when we realised what had happened.
All in all, we had a pretty good time and learned a lot for when we go to hotpot again in the future, with most issues coming from the restaurant being new and the staff slightly inexperienced.
P.S. you can order tea eggs, which aren't on the menu, and are delicious :)
Omg the food is to die for I was absolutely blown away by the service and the overall experience of the venue it's a total hidden gem in the west end of Glasgow and I would highly recommend this to you and your family or friends 👍
It's a stunning set up with a sizzling hot plate at your disposal built into the table at every seating section in which you can unleash your culinary skills and wildest edible desires when it comes to eating oriental style with a fusion from Japanese to Korean all combined Into one great menu.
In which you basically select the all you can eat approach and pick till your hearts content from the menu and then feast away till your tummy is full cooking the foods at your preferred spice level of your desire !
We nearly ticked every box on the menu and stayed till the table was cleared up and we where fully satisfied ;) the staff are totally welcoming and very pleasant to speak to catering for your every need and will not leave you wanting .
I would highly recommend this venue and would say it's a must see for an authentic experience in the heart of Glasgow's West end being in a very good location next to byres road and on the corner of Dumbarton road next to partick cross
10/10 experience and look forward to returning as soon as possible 👍🥰
