Without a doubt the best coffee shop in Glasgow. Warm & welcoming environment, dog friendly, excellent coffee & range of locally sourced cakes (hello vegan glazed cinnamon bun!), and to top it off - Gill & Ross know their stuff when it comes to coffee so are always happy to chat about what they have in. Great place for a rest after visiting Pollok Park, catching up with a friend, or just to sit and read your book with a coffee. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. 🫶🏻

Been numerous times for takeaway and a handful times sitting in before lockdown. Went last week to sit in, staff, coffee and cake all great. Plus dog friendly is always a benefit.

And amazing little shop with a wonderful range of coffee and great cake. Vegan friendly, dog friendly and great with kids. Perfect little place for a catch up, a caffeine too up or to warm up after a walk round Pollock park.

A favourite amongst locals! Toro is the place to go for excellent coffee, cakes and a good catch up. Nobody is a stranger in Toro and the staff make sure of that - a true gem in the southside ☕️🫶🏻

What an absolute gem of a coffee shop. Great for vegan options with no extra charge for oat milk and a changing line up of vg friendly pastries. The coffee is top notch and well priced, and the staff are always polite and friendly. Plus, the cups are beautiful!

Great wee coffee shop with espresso, filter and pour-over coffee. Friendly service - they had run out of the Ethiopian filter coffee when I ordered it and instead they made me a pour-over which was fantastic!

I've been to Toro several times and every time has been brilliant! The coffee is always delicious, with the coffee choice changing regularly. Ross is so knowledgeable about coffee and always happy to chat about it which is really interesting. The welcome from Jill and Ross is always warm and really creates a relaxed atmosphere. The cakes and pastries and definitely the vegan sausage roll are fab! I'd highly recommend going along!

Fantastic coffee and cakes. Empire biscuits are particularly amazing!! Still no sit in but with Pollock park next to you, best thing to do is get a coffee, cake and go for a walk.
