I absolutely recommend this place! Loved the atmosphere and the decoration during my visits in October. Friendly staff and amazing hot chocolate with marshmallows!
Excellent food. Staff couldn't do enough for us
They are closed on Sundays but opened specially to accommodate our large party of 17 for breakfast. We enjoyed a traditional Scottish breakfast. Staff were friendly. Cafe very clean too
Absolutely excellent food and lovely staff, a great place for a quick and filling lunch on a work break prices are amazing compared to other stores around it and the drinks were refreshingly cold (I had an iron brew) 10/10
Kind of odd but nice with teapots as decor. Awkward to get up to but not impossible with a buggy. Good choice of lunch options. Hot filled rolls, soup and sandwich type things. Good kids menu. Lovely cakes. The best lentil soup ever. It's where we go in Milngavie. If you had a dog you'd go to the do
Visited during the 'Eat out to help out scheme'
Was nervous to do so but was reassured that every social distancing measure was in place and hand sanitizer was at the entrance doorway and restroom doorway. Staff wore PPE and took contact details for our party. They were also very mindful of space. M
We only stop for coffees nice place and staff I would recommend it to any one except I didn't see any lift there except there is long stairs to climb up by the time you get there you be glad for a cupa 😁👍
But it's great going downstairs.
Really tasty and hearty food. Kind and welcoming staff aswell! Also a really lovely room!
Nice wee tea room, friendly staff and quick service. Clean interiors and well looked after toilets.
The tea room is up a steep flight of stairs. Not sure of disabled access because of this.
Good choice of menu, reasonably priced, nice staff and atmosphere in the Tea Cosy. Have eaten here many times before and plan to go back 😁😛
Great breakfast, very nice ladies who accommodated me when I turned up hungry even when they had just about finished. Some people still have the old ways about them..... Top banana 🍌
Tasty baking and the staff were very friendly. It's also lovely inside and full of character. The coffee was a bit burnt though. I would stick to the tea in future.
So glad that we found this wonderful tea room
The food was fabulous and the prices were very good,as was the menu.
The staff were
first class so nice and so helpful
A BIG B.Z . to them.
God bless we shall return
Dropped in for coffee after a walk in the area of the Campsie Hills. Nice venue, coffee was good and the bacon roll excellent. Friendly staff and good service, would recommend this place.
A warm welcome with excellent cakes. Slight downside is the use of instant coffee for de caff but a lovely cosy place for tea/coffee, and something nice.
Great atmosphere for tea and a light lunch.
We go there every Saturday for morning coffee and scone (home made and delicious) they know us and bring our order without us having to ask! Service with a smile!
.
Its a great place to walk, with many interesting things to see. There's a cafe and toilets and it also includes part of the West Highland Way.
