A regular haunt of mine. Great coffee and a wide choice of eats. Very pleasant staff and generally kept clean and tables cleared of used crockery.

Great, no issuse apart from the fact that theres too many people sitting with empty cups for far to long, one person at a 4 person table, in my case i had and elderly lady with dementia, and bulk bags sat at a table for one ,because the 2 ignorant woman beside me sat with empty cups since we went in , we had food and hot drinks , and they still sat there ,totally ignorant this should not be allowed next time i think I'll ask people to move

Lovely sized costa inside the mall. Great for a social visit or a cuppa while doing shopping. Lots of seats and a few wee seats upstairs. Buzzing cafe

A great selection of food including M&S sandwich products . My wife and I had coffees and biscuits which we enjoyed. The staff in the Avenue were were pleasant and helpful as always.
Hi. My daughter and I were in today and she fainted and needed an ambulance called. She is 25 weeks pregnant. The staff and customers were all so helpful and the staff went above and beyond to help us. She is in the hospital now with her partner. Baby is fine and she is recieving medical care. Thankyou so, so much to everyone.
My partner and I went there for coffee and cake. Staff overheard my partner was vegan and offered additional advice and the new sandwich range. Very cosy atmosphere, quite busy, friendly staff and daily papers which was a bonus. We were pleasantly surprised as we had never been to a Costa before. Definitely recommend.
When ordering a drink with Almond milk, staff took the time to ensure that no other ingredients would be problematic, or cause a potential allergic reaction. Great service.

The store was busy at the time. I use drive through service. One espresso and a bottle of water the order and sugars and stir the extras. The queue moving really slow. By the time I was ready to take my coffee, I ask the employee for sugar and stir to receive the answer, it has already been in the coffee. Alright I wasn't have my coffee yet I just took the coffee with the bottle of water. I had the chance to taste the coffee only when I arrived at work. Miles away. The coffee was still warm so I give a small shake to the cup thinking of stir the sugar that might sit on the bottom of the cup. I open the lid and.. sip... Bitter as normally coffee is. Thankfully I had the bottle of water to wash down the bitterness. Result: I did not had coffee this morning and I will think twice to go again drive through. Usually I drink my coffee at home but that morning I was run out, so I thought why not, I am regular customer at Costa I like their coffee. I was not expecting to see queue or my order will go so bad. Overall I will continue to buy my coffee, but unlikely to use again the drive through option.

Usual good standard of coffee. Unfortunately if you are sitting in you have to wait in slow moving queues of take away customers. Discouraging.
