This is a large department store. Enter via the escalator from Argyle Street and you will find a plethora of perfume outlets. There is a sizeable Patisserie Valarie restaurant on the same floor. Clothing for men and women and all manner of household goods are also available throughout the store.
Huge! Lovely staff and lots of stuff. You can find a bargain if you try.
Went in for Christmas present and lovely lady said I can get gift set for same price. Also got it gift wrapped at no extra cost thank you ladies πππ
The Flagship of retailers in Glasgow stunning building with all major retailer brands inside. Take moving stairs to level 1 you can walk down menswear into St Enoch Shopping Centre. The Shops sells all latest designer brands including perfumes and cosmetics on first floor. second floor mostly ladies fashions ect top floor little cafe does nice cup tea if you get window seat you might get good view city skyline.
The staff in here are really helpful and have some great chat, they make you feel welcome and are happy to help without being too intrusive as you browse. The layout of the store is great too, they have a lot of products and different confessions but they are all clearly marked and there's plenty of space when walking around to really look at everything.
A very large version of this very popular department store, which seemed to be having a rough time financially a few months ago.
We only went in for coffee and cake, and I think I recall the restaurant being on the top floor. Lifts and escalators saved the day!
We wish the brand well for the future, our own local, much more modest, store having closed two or three years ago.
Early morning shopping trip fabulous. Pretty quiet and was able to browse leisurely. I visited the Dior counter and received excellent service. Staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't venture to any other departments on this occasion.
I like the clever layout of the store but I've been in saunas that were cooler than this place; I've shopped in every section at all different times of the day on every day of the week and the staff are always nice and friendly, regardless of the heat (seriously what are people saying/doing to the staff they turn in to monsters that cause you to leave the store crying?!). Good range of stuff to buy but some of the prices are in the Princes Square end of the scale instead of the St Enoch's centre end.
Very friendly and lovely young girl served us today in the perfume dept. Advised on great fragrances for my sons 21st. First class service from a wonderful person. Sorry I didn't ask your name.
Will definitely be back.
Large store . Very clean . Plenty of stores within the store . Coffee shop on bottom floor .. lifts and escalators ..to get to all floors . My only compliant was changing rooms very busy .. but that was understandable with all the beautiful wee girls getting communion dresses .. I was in for wedding outfit for my granddaughter .. Plenty choice beautiful children wear and it had a sake on last weekend .. staff pleasant and one girl I found to be extremely helpful .
One way system on entry with hand sanitizers intermittently throughout store. Escalators marked for safe distancing and restrooms spotlessly clean. Store busy but not crowded and had a really upbeat vibe
Favourite shop, everything to wear under one roof. Great place to buy gifts also, top brands. This is a high street favourite of mine, long may it continue. Staff always friendly, good cafe/restaurant, handy for parking. What more can I ask for π
Visited to use services of 'In-Time' watch care specialists, based in-store. I always use them for battery change and other repair work. Pleasant efficient staff there and pricing is reasonable. You get a voucher for a free coffee supplied in the store cafeteria.
