Lovely and delicious hipster sandwiches. Made fresh to order in front of you by friendly staff. There is a choice of bread too.
I most recently had the Persian Turkey which has hummus, turkey, pickled red onions, pickled chillies & carrots, leaves, Janet’s green sauce. The green sauce is so nice I'd buy a bottle!

Recently new city centre (Waterloo St) branch of the Piece sandwich shop (growing empire). Brilliant food as ever. Note - bigger soup selection than Miller St, Note Nowhere near as happy and friendly as the miller St gang....
Interesting choices of sandwiches and it’s delicious. There’s usually queue during lunch time. They are very friendly and accommodating for any dietary requirements.
Best sandwich shop ever. I have been a longtime fan of this place in their various locations. This one does not disappoint!
A little bit of a shame that it isn't the most comfortable place to eat in, but then the majority of the customers just want to grab their delicious sandwich and head on to wherever else they want to go.
Great sandwiches, though be prepared for a queue at lunch time. Would definitely come back to try more of the menu
Delicious coffee and toasted avocardo sourdough!
Piece is an independent coffee shop and small brunch bistro in a good location in West Regent Street close to Central Station in Glasgow. It's impressive sign outside boasts of non watery coffee and sexy staff a very interesting combination and whilst I didn't see any models, the coffee was certainly hot, tasty and refreshing. They were putting the chairs away at 3pm getting ready to close when I was there, which I found a little discomfitting.
Brilliant coffee, very tasty sandwiches and delicious treats! Can eat in or take away. Had a the dirty boy sandwich, which was absolutely the best sandwich I have ever had! Bought a bag of the coffee they sell, which is good value and tastes almost as good as the coffee you get served. Friendly staff, just walk around the counter clockwise and you won't upset anyone.

Always great service, lovely staff and chonk sandwiches that can be customised to your needs or taste, or turned into salad boxes (see photo). Cakes are a must, coffee freshly roasted too.

Fabulous place for a coffee/snack/lunch.
Often the queue will extend out of the door, but you will still get served quickly so don't let that dissuade you. (What am I saying?! Don't come here! I don't need the competition! 🤣)
Nice sandwich and staff were friendly, however they only told me they were closing the shop after I'd placed and paid for my order (at 3pm), which meant I had to eat the sandwich outside in the rain. Would suggest letting customers know if you're about to close in the middle of the day
Went in for the first time last week and was thoroughly impressed. Staff were friendly, informed and efficient. The food was absolute delicious. I order the dirty fat boy sandwich, it was stuffed to the brim and I had to eat it in two sittings it was that full! Sublime. Highly recommend

Outstanding sandwich shop. Amazing choice of sandwiches made to order, great selection of cakes and buns and finally the coffee is great too. Also the staff are really friendly and quite chatty. All in all a great place to for your lunch, whether you're sitting in or taking away. 👍🏼
