Everybody working there were very friendly and fun to talk to. Had a great time both times I visited. The food was great too. Thank you for being so excellent!
Genuinely the best Pizza I have ever had with the most kind staff and a great covid safe environment, Couldn't recommend more highly.
Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff. And saw children enjoying the unlimited ice cream and family bonding.

Good place for family and kids if you like pizza. We had to wait a bit longer than expected even although it wasn't busy. When the food and drinks arrived it was fine and the food was Really good. Service was really friendly. Pizza hut has been around for years and hopefully many more.
Was at the pizza hut in the retail park for my nieces 16th tonight. Staff where FANTASTIC really couldn't do anymore if they'd tried, the manager shuffled things around to accommodate us all. Really can't talk this place up more. Well done to the staff handled excellent shame I can only give 5 star

Staff were very friendly and helpful, you have to order online while seated, but if you have any difficulty the staff will help out. Plenty parking, no complaints. Will be back.
Best pizza hut I have been to. The server Jules was so helpful and bent over backwards for our every need. Pizza huts strawberry milkshakes are to die for and Jules makes the best. The reason for the dropped star. PRICE. As is the usual with all pizza places.
Unlikely other brances, Forge retail park branch has a great service standard. We have been served by Jules and she was so welcoming. Very friendly attitude and such professionalism. She definetely deserves a promotion, as she can add more value to Pizza Hut brand.
I just love eating in there. Not very busy with lots of options in the free buffet. Customer service superb, everyone working there is kind and friendly.
