I love browsing in Waterstones. I always find the staff professional and knowledgeable. No exception in this store at all. It's over several floors and just a beautifully clean, quiet haven for book lovers. The store has a coffee shop which, though I've never used, I hear wonderful things about. Waterstones always seems to get the lighting just right too. It's well worth a visit if you find yourself in the city centre. Give yourself at least an hour to relax and enjoy the ambience.

One of my favourite places to pop into when I'm in the city. Yes, I love indie bookshops, but sometimes you just need the selection of a place like this. Beautiful multi-floor layout with everything you need all in one place. The cafe is lovely and the clearance section has some fantastic bargains. Only complaint is I feel there are too many cheap toys on display in the children's book section. I bring my kids so they can nurture their love of reading but the toys can be a bit of a distraction.

The most beautiful bookstore I've ever seen! Amazing number of books and magazines, lovely interior décor, with a coffee shop inside. A real pleasure to spend time in this store, even if you don't intend to buy anything.

Massive selection of books, got some great World history books in here and War/militarily books. The place is great for quiet dates as it has a cafe inside. Good selection of games and novelty items too.

The cafe here has the best hot chocolate I've ever had and I've tried a lot of places. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Wide selection of books for everyone.

I love Waterstones no matter where it is but I did not expect the best coffee I'd have in Glasgow would be at the Waterstones Café. Great staff and great drinks with a good selection of books.

This was a fun little bookstore where we hung out & waited for our hotel room to become available. The coffee shop was good & the bathroom was clean.

Nice bookstore with a serious stair climb to the kids section. Chairs for reading. Only staff tends to be at the cash points.

The value of a book has no measurement but the shop and the prices are excellent and great value. 3 floors of bookshelves with everything you could want. I found a rare book that I had read when I was younger and in hardback. Great book store.

It's a nice library, with lots of interesting books and gifts, but I don't agree with the people saying the coffee here it's good... I don't think so, and neither are the brownies, or at least mine didn't taste like chocolate (as good brownies do), only like bad quality sugar >.< If you know what I mean
