Had a really tasty meal here! 1 star lost on service as had to get drink cups ourselves as ordered on the app and they never arrived but overall still great. 20 min wait for a table but this meant the chicken was very fresh and not dry at all.
Went I’m last night for a quick bite to eat, we managed to get a table straight away, 10 minutes later people were having to wait so we arrived just at the right time! Between ordering & receiving our food didn’t take very long 10 mins max! When food arrived it was presented well & was hot fresh & very tasty! Would definitely visit this Nando’s again😀
Good wings. Fast service. Reasonable prices. Having self service sauce is convenient.
My partner and I dined here today (19/9/23) and were served by Scott.
He took the time to explain how the ordering system worked and chatted about how various things on the menu were compared to others.
The food was good (although it could have been hotter temperature wise in my opinion), but alas didn't entirely spoil it.
We particularly liked the drinks station where you helped yourself to unlimited supplies. It was well organised, as was the cutlery, napkins, and sauces.
The toilets were clean and it had some good music playing with good sound quality within the toilets.
Service was quick overall, although on our arrival there was nobody to 'greet' guests which slightly confused us as we weren't sure whether we had to be seated by staff or seat ourselves. This was soon picked up on and clarified by Scott.
The staff are always really friendly and efficient. Even when the place is busy they'll keep you informed and are happy for you to leave your name and continue shopping and come back if there is a wait. Food is always 10/10. Recommended for a quick bite if you're out shopping.
Food took a while to come, which is unusual as normally pretty fast. Didn’t bring our glasses over and had to ask for them after ordering on the app. Food was fine but then it’s just chicken and chips.

Had the wraps although a bit small were very tasty. Ordering on the app was a bit of a pain as we lost connection after preparing the order. Had to start again. However will go back again
Got a sharer meal for two, food was amazing. Staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a mixup with our order as it got lost in the system. Staff were more than happy to help and resolve the issue and it was quickly rectified. Will definitely be returning thanks to the amazing manager and staff on tonight. Thanks guys!
Food good but service slow.
It's a Nando's. Service was quick and mostly friendly and we were able to order on the app. You know what you're getting, not much more to say really. Oh, I dropped a point because their Wi-Fi wasn't working which made ordering a bit tricky.
Was greeted at door by Paul we hadn't been b4 so he showed us to our table and talked us through ordering process what a lovely guy very polite and knowledgeable food was excellent and rest of staff were very polite but not in your face Well done guys we'll definitely be back
Nandos at the fort is always handy. Food is always of a good standard. The last time we were there we did wait a while and a few things off the menu, but it didn't impact our order too much. Still enjoyable.
Clean bathrooms, quick service. All in all good experience.
Fast and efficient service. Food was hot and tasty, we had calamari starter and hot and spicy fettuccini.
Great food and very nice staff had to wait for table as was really busy was told twenty minutes wait but only waited 10 minutes staff great quick and pleasant
