You can't beat a good old hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallow followed by a mango and fruit smoothie. This branch is also quite big and walking distance from the main shopping mall

Staff are nice and welcoming. Place is clean. My tomatoes and mozzarella panini was good and so was my americano.

Loved the Costa in Glasgow. Staff: extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. Even asked if there's vegetarians among us in case our toasties needed to be warmed separately. Coffee and food: served hot, looked and tasted amazing! Safety: staff does make sure you sign for track and trace and makes sure everyone follows social distancing. Great place, definitely recommend.

The coffee here is the more expensive than other brands (Pret, Nero), but I wouldn't say the taste is better. I usually order Regular Latte and I will 4 stars as it's not that nice taste. Sometimes the taste is awful I guess because of the different baristas. I like the new cup though

Came in just for a cup of tea and a toastie. The gentleman behind the till was extremely polite and helpful. He offered to carry the tray of tea over to the table and was more than willing to provide any extra help. I'm afraid I didn't get his name so he can be praised directly.

Nice coffee shop, it's a good size, not too big and small enough to make you want to stay. Good service , fast friendly and a great range of products. It's also in a nice part of the town, lots to see so it's a nice stopover for tourists.

Great staff and very helpfully, and a great coffee too. Can’t remember the girls name who served me. May have had an English accent, anyway she was fantastic 👍🏻

Nice, spacious café with views over George Square and Merchant City. Speedy service, friendly staff, clean toilets. I keep forgetting how big the medium latte are and fall for it every time, but my dirty almond chai was very nice and the lemon drizzle cake was delicious. You can't check in through the NHS Scotland app, but once you've checked in at any Costa, it's straightforward. Same for their WiFi. ££

I visited this small branch of Costa for the first time at 2.15pm on the last Sunday before Christmas, after finishing my shopping in Argyle St, in preference to the St Enoch branch where I had a bad experience previously. It wasn't as busy as I expected and there was only one customer being served ahead of me in the queue; but I thought there might be an issue as one member of staff was counting money and the other was making coffee. However, the money counter quickly took my mozarella panini and cappuccino order and it was on the tray almost as soon as I had paid. A third member of staff kept the tables clear. Both the coffee and the panini were delivered roasting hot, possibly too hot for some; but it suited me just fine. Cannot fault the fare or service here, so it's five stars from me.
