Royal India - Glasgow - Photo album

We were staying at a hotel close by and was craving some Indian food. We decided to try royal India because we had read reviews on here and I can say I was not disappointed. The food was delicious and everything cooked to perfection! The Pakoras were my favourite a must try! Staff were really friend
Tried this for the first time tonight. Was not sure what to expect as it's boxing day. But our food arrived in under an hour. Our 4 curries were delicious. 2 kormas 1 bhoona and 1 garlic and chilli.. Pakora and pompadoms all fresh and hot. Really enjoyed it. Will be back. đź‘Ť
Had dinner in here last weekend staying at a hotel closeby, food was genuinely mouthwatering and bursting with flavour. Chicken Pakora was delightful followed by Chicken Tikka Masaladar. Service 10/10 Food 10/10 I would go to say its one of the nicest Indian restaurants I have dined in. We"ll be
Food was lovely ,well cooked and tasty,we booked a table for 8 people on a Saturday night it was so sad to see that we were the only ones eating in the restaurant , very busy with take aways ,it would of been nice to have the buffet but seeing that no-one else turned up we could see why they have
Comfy cosy wee place. Buffet is nice. I recommend
Great place for some Indian takeout. Decent pricing, a LOT of variety, and authentic flavors.
Been here a few times and as we always go veggie we tend to order of the Ala carte. Lovely, fresh and well cooked dishes. There are probably better Indian restaurants in Glasgow but if you are looking for a good neighbourhood restaurant then give this place a try! We will definitely be back. ****
Ordered takeaway - good price, fast service, friendly staff... but most importantly the food was well cooked and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back! Only wish we’d tried it sooner.
Very quiet, but service was slow and a bit harsh bash
Great Indian food with friendly service. Good value a la carte and, for those feeling extra hungry, the eat all you want buffet is terrific value with freshly cooked starters served before the great choice of mains.
Have eaten at Indian restaurants around the world and is one of the BEST. Wanted Indian while visiting in-laws and choose The Royal because they were in the neighborhood. MIL hadn’t had Indian before and was a bit hesitant, until her first bite that is. We had pompadons and pickle tray to start; th
First time eating in the restaurant this evening . Had pakora to start with was delicious best I have ever had so fresh and tasty . Main course was delicious too . Both me and my husband really enjoyed all meals . Would highly recommend and we will be back . Lovely place and lovely staff.
1st time here tonight let me just say couldnt have been made more welcome we had 2 tables of 4 people and the food was great , service great but my goodness the portions were huge I now need a nap to sleep some of it off , will look forward to our next visit
Nice place with lovely quiet atmosphere? The food was good except that I ordered chicken tikka masala and it came with coconut in it, as though it was korma. It tasted ok, but it wasn't spicy and wasn't what I expected.
