I’m pretty sure Tina Turner wrote her smash hit about this restaurant; it’s simply the best! The ambiance of the restaurant, the service from the staff and the food itself were all outstanding. It was a great spot to have a nice quiet dinner with friends; I’ll definitely be going again when I’m back in town.

I am so in love with that place! Every little detail makes it so special, so unique, well done. I will definitely come back even though I live on the other side of Glasgow.

The atmosphere here was great, cosy and bright. Great first impression. The staff were welcoming and helpful and worked together as a team making the service excellent and smooth. The menu was fairly broad but not overwhelming, plenty of choice but laid out in one page. The food was well prepared, all courses, plentiful and tasty. Prices were very fair. Yes, I'll definitely be back!

We we there on a quiet Friday night. There was a free table even if hadn't made a reservation. We had pasta with mushrooms and a risotto with prawns. both were Very good, but the risotto was EXCELLENT!! We were served by friendly staff and we ended the night by having a dessert that was so tasty. Will definitely go again soon to try other dishes as well!

Pianola is an amazing restaurant with the perfect atmosphere! The staff are always so lovely and are very helpful. I went there for my birthday with a few friends and the owner, Ed was very generous and made us free mocktails! I love the pizza at pianola, it’s my favourite pizza in the world.

Went for dinner on a Sunday night. Staff were excellent as was the food. I asked for chillies for my seafood pasta and to be offered both dried or fresh was fabulous. My husband’s steak was great - however I personally think a mash would have gone better than the mushroom barley type accompaniment it came with (it’s was still nice) Only reason I’ve not given 5 stars is that I wasn’t told it wasn’t licensed when making the booking. Had I known I would have taken a bottle with me as was really looking forward to a glass of wine. Will definitely revisit.

Spent a lovely afternoon here last Saturday, the food was to die for, the atmosphere relaxing, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and the decor was fantastic just the perfect way to spend a chilling Saturday afternoon with family. I noticed an earlier review that mentioned their time was spoiled by a dog sitting on the bench next to them, we’ll if you notice on the Restaurant website it does mention that they are dog friendly, which in my book is fantastic as most dogs are way better behaved than kids!! We had our dog with us and there was another dog already in the restaurant when we arrived and both behaved exceptionally. We will definitely be paying another visit to this fantastic place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food, drinks and especially service was excellent tonight. Very efficient and friendly Australian served us. Glaswegians could learn a thing or too about service from this guy! Pianola serves pizza, pasta and some great meat & fish dishes too. The ONLY negatives were the garlic bread - buttery but not at all much garlic flavour and 'bread & olives - too many olives for 2 people and it came with two bits of toast, a bit odd. I expected fresh bread with olive oil, balsamic and then a much smaller portion of olives. Will definitely be back!

I went there for lunch, with three children. It's a great place, beautifully designed as well as child-friendly. Excellent food from the lunch menu (and my kids had the best bolognese pasta I ever tasted in the UK - yes, I tried it). I didn't have pizza but I'm sure it's good. Staff are an amazing asset to the restaurant: they are knowledgeable, friendly and patient even at peak hour. :-) I will visit again in the evening. The restaurant is not licensed but you can BYOB.

Great little restaurant with exceptionally flavoured food that was fresh and beautifully seasoned and staff were attentive. Unfortunately the portions was very small for quite expensive price tag. Found the wine list to be a bit small and the prices were more than I was willing to pay. Overall I still had a good experience there and would go back.

Lovely, simply cooked but delicious Italian staples. Also do great cocktails! Service was attentive but not annoying. Wee bit pricey for pasta dishes perhaps.

Had an amazing three course dinner on their opening night. Was greeted so warmly by the lovely owners and Italian staff - they made it feel like an established neighbourhood haunt rather than a new restaurant. Service was calm and slick. While there will be some teething problems, the homestyle Italian food (zucchini parcels, grilled fish and tiramisu) was well presented and well cooked - very impressive for opening night. Decor is beautiful and atmospheric, looks like Edward Hopper's Nighthawks from outside and am sure it will live up to expectations :-)

Called in for a coffee as I used to stay in the area when the Fast Lane was on the corner. Coffee was very good and the staff were busy in the open kitchen preparing food. Would definitely think about returning for food the next time I'm in the area.

Lovely staff and beautiful place. Definitely having teething problems but give this place some time to figure out how to smooth out the issues and it will be great. I didn't expect the menu to be quite as fancy for a local restaurant. Maybe sticking to the basics and doing them well is the best advice I can give the owners. The meal we had, meatballs and gnocchi were great, black risotto and caprese salad weren't but the caprese can be easily improved with a bit more care and dressing. Menu needs to be clearer that small plates are for lunch- or let people order them at night. Tell people when they book it is BYOB. I will defo be back and will be patient while teething problems iron out, but you will need to be quick to keep other people's interest.

Had a really lovely evening here (Sunday) - the atmosphere was great and the staff were very friendly. Food was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. Important thing to note is that it is BYOB. A, lovely addition to the neighbourhood - will definitely be back.
