Time Out Cafe - Glasgow - Photo album

Really really friendly staff. So welcoming and had a great chat with them. Hospitality at its best. The ambience of the restaurant was amazing with mild music. Crunchy and hot falafels. Best joint for vegans and vegetarians. Soup of the day was 'carrot and lentil' - delicious. Wraps were so fillin
Most delicious aubergines and Egyptian falafels I've ever had. Also the Iraqi tea with cardamom is delicate and refreshing. Service was exceptional, very genuine and friendly people.
A gem in the west end! Amazing authentic Egyptian street food, reasonable prices and excellent service. We tried a variety of dishes and it was all delicious! Would recommend their falafel, Hawawshy, baba ghanoush, aubergine and hummus! We also enjoyed an Egyptian tea with mint. There is a great ran
The owners were nice and welcoming. You can feel the passion in what they’re doing. I enjoyed a decent falafel and Aubergine wrap. Then had a pot of Palestinian tea with basbousa. Would love to try the Egyptian breakfast in my next visit.
Great food, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Dog friendly too.. they allowed lola to sit on sofa (on a mat) as she is recovering from surgery. Would definitely return. Re prev comments about speed of service.. Freshly prepared food always worth waiting for. 🐾🥰👍
Very cozy place to have an early breakfast or midday plater with an aromatic coffee. Really liked the authentic Egyptian breakfast especially foul and aubergine with the homemade dressing. And the best treatment after this breakfast is an Egyptian pot tea with mint leaves.
Amazing Egyptian food. The falafels are delicious, also the baba ganoush and the baclavas!
Delicious and authentic Egyptian food! The basbousa was so good and authentic. I tried hawawshy and dynamite and both were very good. My non Egyptian friends also enjoyed the place so much. The Palestinian and Iraqi teas are amazing. Also very friendly staff.
We were recommended Time Out Cafe by a friend, who said we should try the all day breakfast. We ordered this and were served a mouthwatering array of hummus, eggs, naan, pickles, and falafel! We also ordered a Hawawshi which was slim, and so packed with flavour. The mince was lean and the vegetables
A go-to for comfort food when I'm in the area...sometimes I will go out of my way just to be "in the area". You will always find a friendly face when you visit. Great for adventurous eaters and fussy ones too. Treat yourself and visit as soon as you can.
