One of the employees opened the door for me. He took my order very friendly too.

Good cafe and coffee however, I found the cold drinks are not available some days

Do prefer this shop its larger and just makes you more relaxed great choice food and nice coffee. Friendly staff the tables are cleared quick a dn place is tidy and clean. The outside seating is great in summer you have to be brave sit outside winter as wind hits you if your outside. the picture was
Good variety and quality of food and drinks
The sandwich selection is always fresher and taste much better than it's rivals. The coffee is good too. This is a busy Pret.
Really good service at this PAM. Had to wait 15 minutes for sandwiches to arrive and got a free hot beverage! Love their food too.
Well I am a big fan of their hot beverages, my cuurrrent fav is coconut caramel hot chocolate ! 😋 and if you like'em take their membership of beverages it will save you a good money if you drink more than 5 coffees in a day!
Thank you to the excellent service I received today (8/12/22). I had a massive dip in my blood sugar and ran into Pret Sauchiehall St for chocolate and tea. The member of staff who served me was so kind and spookily seemed to instinctively know what I needed . Thank you so much for understanding. X
