Pizza express is a family favourite as it always delivers on taste, price and atmosphere. Everyone you walk into has the best smell and they cater for everything. Even watching your weight with the Leggera options which is great. Gluten free was available on our visit also and this was handy too. Service is always good in the Queen Street Pizza Express, although this time it was slightly slow. Very good all round meal.
As pizza places go, this was above average. Good portion sizes and very tasty and prices much in line with other city centre venues. I scored 4 stars instead of 5 due to the staff. On a quiet day where there was only a scattering of other tables in the restaurant at the time, I would have expected the service to be more attentive. Staff seemed more concerned about huddling around the till point than ensuring their diners had everything they needed, wanted more drinks, wanted anything more at the end of the meal or wanted the bill instead. On a whole it was a pleasant experience and the slight negative wouldn't stop me from going back.
Very nice tasting food but could of done with better seasoning to tell truth but I was lovely And very filling
