Mobile review. Food is always good. Decor is a bit to fancy but then it is Giffnock. Italian food as it should be though.
I have visited a few times before when this restaurant was Andiamos, so was keen to try when i came accross a voucher deal online.
We visited for lunch and very much enjoyed our experience. Service was good. Food was excellent.
We had starters of bruschetta, mushroom crostini and a plate of scallops to share. Mains, my partner had a steak and i had the seabass in a tomato caper sauce with a skewer of king prawns. All absolutely delicious. Can't fault anything. Portions were generous, my fish was really tasty, king prawns large and plump. Scallops were large and juicy. Toasted bread that came with scallops and my mushrooms were even delicious! Warm and soft with the right amount of toastiness, if that makes sense!! π
I have used voucher deals online before and noticed restaurants often cut back on portion sizes when dining with these offers. Lucali does not, so that was nice.
I dont live near the area but will be definitely visiting again when i get the chance. Absolutely recommend this place.

Could not fault the service or the food! Just make sure you have an appetite very generous portions. Catered for a large group very efficiently even with multiple other large groups present. Can't wait to go back.
In for a post-birthday lunch, lovely, bright, quirky decor, serving staff were pleasant and professional. Food was great, piping hot, beautifully presented and delicious. Recommended.
Had an espresso and a scone. In Italy an espresso is always accompanied by a glass of tap water. Could have done with that here as the scone was so dry.
Service was great, friendly and quick. Place was quiet, so atmosphere was peaceful. Can't comment on how everything would be when busy.
Lovely lunch special. Mussels with a supplement, half and half to share with my partner then we got ice cream which was so creamy and pavlova. Yum! Definitely worth the trip from Glasgow.
Fabulous restaurant and very accommodating at short notice. Loved the seabass, the best I've had. Focaccia was huge and wonderful too. Returning very soon!
The Linguine with crab meat, lemon and chilli was divine! Pizza with ham and mushrooms also very good. Great menu with plenty of Naepolitan pizza and pasta options, focaccia, and more. Would definitely go back and try more dishes!

Delicious sea bass for main (so fresh)... not sure how after the filling main; but did manage to squeeze in a slice of the homemade tiramisu to share with my partner - delightful π canβt beat homemade cake π° .
First visit to Andiamo exceeded expectations, food delicious and service & atmosphere π―

Wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars. The whole atmosphere of the place is gorgeous, mixing modern and retro style seamlessly. The booths were very comfortable for my bad back. The staff were so sweet and personable, and our waitress chatted away to us for ages about my upcoming wedding.
I cannot overstate how good the menu is at this place, and they truly cater for everyone. I am vegan and they not only had clearly labelled options on the menu, and a separate vegan menu as well, but they had a wide range of options. The fries were some of the best I have ever eaten, and I would HIGHLY recommend the chickpea fritters with the marinara sauce. The vegan "chicken" panuozzo was so good that I instantly resolved to bring my partner back here ASAP so he can try it, despite not being local to the area.
The bathrooms were clean and tidy, and the staff kept the surrounding tables clean and organised. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Absolutely brilliant find!
What a fantastic dining experience we had tonight at Lukali by Andiamo.
The food was excellent. Staff were really pleasant and attentive. I had the seafood and lobster risotto and other half had the seabass and prawn skewers. Hope to be back soon.

My first time dining here and everything was delicious. Staff very friendly. My husband who is not a keen pasta fan, loved his Mexican pasta, clean plate. I tried the pizza based sanwich with spicy chicken and chips, a big portion for one person, but lots of helpers to help me finish my plate.
