Excellent food and a great Spanish vibe. Will certainly be back. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The price is reasonable and the drink is slightly cheaper than elsewhere in town.
Lovely staff, food was hot and tasty and prices are very reasonable.
Excellent Restaurant. I love this place. So much so I have been no less than about 10 times. Very reasonably priced and probably better than other tapas places in Glasgow.
Try it!
Good food, friendly staff. Nice place to go for a leisurely lunch or dinner but I'd recommend booking a table. It's small and very popular.
Been for a quick, tasty and very reasonably priced lunch today. Love this place!
Lovely. Great menu, excellent food and lovely staff! All in all a toroughly enjoyable family (all adults) meal.
Good but takeaway portion size poor.. Have never been dissapointed in the few occassions I have been here, food is really good and has a nice atmosphere about the place. It is small and the tables a little cramped but that gives a more authentic feel.
On to the takeaway now, we once ordered and collected from here earlier on in the year and despite a good 4 or 5 tapas each - were still hungry at the end.
Quite liked this quirky little spanish eaterie, decent service, cracking selection of varying combinations to choose from the tapas menu. Tasty food, would go again..
All things considered you should try it out. Well I have to agree that it is overpriced and that the portions are rather small. However, the staff have always been great and I've no complaints regarding the service at all.
The atmosphere is cozy and this place is great for a meal with friends. The food has always been delicous.
Overall I'd have to vote that I like the place, and of they put the prices down a little I'd eat there a lot more.
Have to disagree with some of the other reviews as we found the price very reasonable. Tapas for two plus drinks came to £24 on a Sunday night. However, the portion sizes are small meaning you need to order a lot of dishes if you're in for a full meal. Overall the food quality is high, the service is excellent and the atmosphere great. A good local but there better Tapas and Spanish places in Glasgow.
Tinto. The food is good here but the portions are small compared to other tapas restaurants, for example, the chain La Tasca. I wasn't disappointed with the food, it was great, it's just we had to order more portions and that ended up an expensive night for three people during the week. Its a nice cosy atmosphere and welcoming place and great to have on your door step as I'm local to the southside.
Tinto. A great place to hang out with friends. The food is fantastic and the staff are very friendly.
A real hidden gem. Definitely the best Spanish tapas restaurant in Glasgow with great service and atmosphere. The place is small and always busy, so booking is essential.
Great place to go, love going back again and again. Menu fantastic price and atmosphere are the same
Top place - price is correct. Great little place on battlefield road. Great food but I disagree with the comments above and say the price range is correct.
Never lets us down. This our local - and it never fails to impress. Excellent for seafood - mussels (especially on a Wednesday), salt cod and sardines. Also can thoroughly recommend the chorizo stew. The 'price' rating here is wrong - we've never spent over a tenner each on food, even outside of the lunch and pre-theatre deal times.

Pros
Friendly Staff
Amazing food.
Great value.
Cons
A little tight on space
Overall
Amazing little Tapas restaurant. Came on a tasting night, all dishes were £2.75, would highly recommend for those who haven't had Tapas. Food came quickly and as such we ordered more. Dessert was also good. Staff were friendly and felt like you were family. Will be back, would defo recommend!

Hadn't been to Tinto in years but we passed by for a drink and a snack.
We were greeted by the lovely Millie who took great care of us from the minute we arrived. She was so friendly & helpful.
The food came out fast and was hot & delicious. Miilie's wine suggestion was spot on.
The food and service has improved considerably so I won't hesitate to come back again
super nice, quaint, lovely atmosphere, can be a little tight when it's busy but deserves to be busy! food was great but me and my partner both felt sick the day after however we can't put it entirely down to the food so that's why it's 4 star. Sangria was lovely, had fab options but due to being busy the service was a little slow and our table stuck out and was bumped quite a few times...Great restraunt and would visit again with a different table 😊
Fantastic staff and the food is amazing. Even without eating meat there are enough exiting seafood and veg options to make this our favourite place in battlefield.
Fantastic meal at Tinto Tapas. We went on a Tuesday where you get all tapas for a cheaper price. Brilliant food, staff were great chat and buzzing atmosphere. Highly recommend
Visited for lunch after not having been in this particular Tinto Tapas for a few years. We both had food from the menu del dia and all three courses were lovely, the staff were both friendly and attentive and the bill for 3 courses each, a drink & tea and coffee was very reasonable, highly recommended.
Friendly welcome from the server, order taken promptly and 6 tapas + drinks came quicker than we expected. It was pretty quiet just after midday on a Wednesday. We ordered bread to mop up up the various sauces (especially the mussels which were cooked to perfection) and we were given olive oil and balsamic vinegar too. All the tapas were tasty (3 for £12 at lunchtime). We don't live nearby so can't tell what it would be like in the evening or at weekends - presumably service would be a good bit slower - but we'll definitely pop in for lunch next time we're in the area. They've got other places in Largs, Troon, Uddingston and East Kilbride so we're going to visit them as well.
Fabulous food, atmosphere and the chefs are amazing lovely place, v reasonably priced xxx
This wee place is incredible. We always receive a warm welcome, the atmosphere is so relaxed. The menu has a good selection and the food is always delicious, never had a bad meal. It's one of our favourites.
Great food - as always! Their mussels were beautiful!! Haven't ever had anything that isn't delicious here....
A Tuesday evening. I thought it would be quiet. It wasn't. Packed out. Everyone seemingly enjoying the atmosphere and food. On Tuesday, I discovered, tapas is £2.50, I think, per dish. V reasonable. I had 2 dishes and 1 glass of wine. £10. Excellent value. The tapas itself is acceptable but not exceptional. I enjoyed it. Recommended.
