Lovely food with an interesting menu. The chicken and mushroom pie was lovely. The churro which comes as a savoury snack is something really different and super tasty! Nice service. The place is not adequate for social distancing though, we went there and it was full ans tables quite close together.
The ox check pie is absolutely amazing, the meat melts like butter in your mouth. We had a variety of delicious things, my only regret is that we didn't get a large pie, we only got the small one.
Well, ordered a roast dinner and picked it up for takeaway at 11 today. Amazing.
Got recommended by a neighbour who was raving about it.
Genuinely it's that good, I've actually taken a breather from eating it right now to post a review :D. #truestory.

Totally out this world can’t say a single bad thing about this place
111 is local to me and been a favourite for years. Not only is the food excellent, the ethos that Nico has of empowering people in his employment really resonates.
So in Jan this year a wee while after it opened I was intrigued to see what Nico had come up with Public House.

Amazing food. Proper place to taste some decent Scottish dishes. The service was excellent and the people friendly. We got a table outside so we got the chance to dine at a beautiful spot of Great Western Road, during a warm summer evening.
