This was a fantastic restaurant to go for breakfast at, with a beautifully styled counter! The lights are pretty and the frames add to the atmosphere, the staff were friendly too and it was nicely quiet in the morning. I enjoyed a freedom breakfast with orange juice, served in due time at comfortable seating!

Huge bar that does have some private booths but mostly open plan seating. It does what it does reasonably well but the food is less keenly priced than it used to be. Pints are cheap. I ordered an Abbot Ale but it was cloudy and tasted not so good. I took it back and asked to swap it for a Guinness. They changed it but I had to pay the 90p difference. Toilets are at the far end of the bar and all is on one level so okay for disabled access.
Met up with some friends for a bite to eat ,catch up and a few drinks. It was fairly busy ,but comfortable in a way. I had fish and chips with mushy peas . It was lovely and fresh,drinks were cheap and the waiters were very friendly and attentive. Good atmosphere to for a Saturday .
Solid Spoon‘s pub, wide selection of beers and ales, tasty food (except the steak I had) and swift service. Good value for money, especially for the meal+drink combos. Enjoyed it.
It's a wotherspoons.. you know the drill. Food was good bit skimpy on't portions. Quick stop off when needed. yes, red (tomato) sauce on macaroni cheese.
I've ordered mushroom benedict and it was overcooked. Otherwise the service and the atmosphere were good.

Prices were pretty good - We did the curry specials. Bar service to order, and they run the food and drinks to you.
Service was friendly and quick, they have high turn over of customers and the staff definitely keep the place going at a good pace.
The curry was good, rice was good- the Naan was sort of the sad store bought type, but not the end of the world.
A lot of natural lighting and big windows. Feels very modern and feels different to most other spoons. Can't comment on food since I only drank but the ale selection was good and the bar was decent size and well staffed so service was quick.
Bangin vibes when getting a pint sitting outside. Unfortunately, the inside was absolute bonkers warm. I got two pints at less than £3 each as per spoons prices. Didn't try the food as I assume its the same spoons standards - serviceable and good with a pint
The sirloin steak was cooked beautifully nice and tender. Peppercorn sauce was amazing
The mixed grill was absolutely lovely.
The small fish and chips was the perfect portion size.

Very busy on Saturday. My friend and I got fish and chips with a drink. Wrong order sent to me and was taken away and told it would be replaced in 5 mins. Took a bit longer and when I checked and it was served the staff member apologised and said it was unacceptable. He gave me a refund on the cost of the fish and chips. Very good value and customer service. I didn’t complain but refund was offered which wouldn’t happen in many other places.
