We visited Zizzi tonight and had a fabulous experience. Our waitress Blanca was so attentive and took the time to make our experience special. She helped us choose from the menu, giving advice and helping me being a fussy eater! The food was amazing and I’d definitely recommend. Special thanks to Blanca.
Just stopped in from the High Street, after a busy day of shopping, for some sweet hot chocolatey deliciousness! The Glaswegians have the most seductive way of saying "Chawk-lit" which may have been the marshmallow on top of the experience...

Genuinely think the food will be this good, i had the meatballs al forno with a generois amount of nelted cheese on top, with additional loads of parmesan! Had the prosecco as well, with a shot of passion whicj tasted amazing but personally felt that only a drop of passion fruit us needed to still taste the prosecco as it is very strong
I like it. I have ate here a fair few times and every time I have left happy.
This is not somewhere I ever plan to eat but it's a great place to know you can always go and get decent food, when the mood takes you.
Yes I know it's part of a big chain and yes I know that is not very West End but on this occasion the consistency is what works for it.
It's a lovely big beautiful building and I always feel relaxed when I go.

Excellent Service. Been a couple of times to the West End Zizzis and had mixed experiences. Once had to send pasta dish back as it was cold and once the red wine we ordered tasted foul. We also had problems with really slow service but we thought we'd give it another chance last night and am glad we did.
Firstly I must say that Colette, the waitress was extremely efficient and is a credit to the place. Give that girl a pay rise! Given that it was just her and one other waiter working, I was prepared for a long wait but I couldn't have been more wrong. Drinks, starters and mains came without any long delays and she apologised when the bottle of sparkling water wasn't chilled!
Great Primavera Rustica pizza (big enough for 2!) and lovely tasting risotto filled us up completely. One small criticism is that there was hardly any pumpkin in the risotto but overall it was a nice midweek quick meal. The restaurant is a nice environment and completely different (and nicer) to the one in Princes Square.
BEST PIZZA IN GLASGOW. Great Rustic Pizza - you have to try it. Thin, crispy, juicy tomatoes. Sundried tomatoes are bursting with flavour. just the way pizza should be...
I'm not a big fan of the Princes Sq branch so I was pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty good and the restaurant is a really pleasant space. Good services as well.
Went for lunch today, was welcomed by a friendly blonde lady. The part of the restaurant we requested to sit in was unavailable due to the roof having came in which was disappointing however the food made up for that :) beautiful meal and friendly staff. Definitely would recommend 👌
Quite large space restaurant. Pizza was very good。but I like the lasagna most. Good environment. We ordered a pizza , lasagna, a dessert brownie and two glass wines. Around 50pounds. But students have a discount if you have UNiDAYS.

Portions are huge. Almost couldn't finish our meals! Kids menu is good too, adequate for the young ones and offers ice cream too which is a great way to end a delicious meal. Accepts Tastecard which gives a discount on starter and main course. Will be back!

Louise and the manger were great servers (26/07/2022), were able to answer all our questions and accommodate dietary requirements.
The drinks were tasty and despite being busy did not take too long to arrive.
The food was excellent, fast and great portion sizes all round. Definitely would recommend this Zizzi's to anyone.
Had brownies, it was nice but slightly smaller than expected.
Staff were friendly, and served slices of lemon with my hot water, which made it taste really nice.
Music was too loud.
Myself and 9 friends ate here yesterday. The food mainly was lovely but 3 of our meals were below standard. The sea food pasta had no / very little seafood in it and pasta was dry. The manager was ?Katie(petite with dark hair). She was very apologetic, responsive and went above and beyond to make it right! Couldn't have asked for more. The rest of the staff were lovely too and all were attentive and worked vey hard. Everyone else enjoyed their food and wouldn't let it spoil us for returning in future. Well done
One of the best Italian restaurant in town, the food is absolutely delicious , favourite pasta is the Casareccia Pollo Piccante & my favourite Pizza is the Rustica Piccante , both highly recommend if you get the chance to visit.
Ordering through Speedy Oder is absolutely flawless and very easy, food arrived really fast everything was hot and fresh. Staff are really super friendly and the service was fantastic.
Overall an excellent lovely experience as always with Zizzi .
We were fortunate to get a walk in on a busy Saturday night, and I'm very glad we were welcomed in. Friendly staff, a great menu, and superb fresh food, and none of the chain restaurant feel. Will be back soon.
Some nice vegan options. Rustica Italian Garden Pizza was excellent. Very friendly staff members and quick service.

We went on a Tuesday late afternoon early evening before an event at Oran Mor. We walked in and were seated right away. We got complimentary pasta crisps which were really nice. We were also informed that if we signed up to Zizzi online we would get a free garlic bread which was big enough to share. We ordered 2 pizzas which were massive. Service good and food was lovely and also realised after paying with my card that Zizzi works with the airtime rewards app so I got money back on that app to go towards my phone bill, bonus 😊
