The food was delicious and the service was quite good. Staff were friendly and in the restaurant the decoration was nice. All of us were very content with the food and prior to eating in the restaurant we had ordered takeaway twice despite being so full as it was so tasty. Out of the four days we were staying in Glasgow we ate the food for three days. The price was very reasonable.
It looks much bigger in the pictures, but be warned, there is limited seating.
Food was lovely, portions are decent too, we could not finish our food. I think they have containers so you can bring the leftovers home, we unfortunately had a concert to go to after, so did not get it packed.
Great wee find. Two days ago I happened to stop outside of this place to answer a phone call and found myself reading the menu (on the window). As soon as the call ended I went inside, ordering the Charcoal 1/2 Chicken with Rice & 2x Dips. It was absolutely fantastic, so much so that I went in again yesterday, ordering the Charcoal Full Chicken with Rice & 2x Dips. So voluminous was the rice, etc that I ended up taking half the chicken home in a doggy bag.
Sadly my photos aren't anywhere near close to looking like the food does in real life.
I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant and found it to be a pleasant experience. The prices were reasonable and the interior had a nice setting, making it suitable for groups and families.

If you wanted to pay by card, they would ask for an extra pound 💷 🤷

Stopped here with my partner to grab some food after walking around and feeling unenthusiastic about UK pub food (and not wanting to spend a lot on fancy places or drinks). So we put in 'kebabs' and got a few options, one of them this place. We eat Persian cuisine a lot at home and are enthusiastic about kebabs in general, though not experts by any means. We were seated right away and welcomed at this place by friendly staff. The prices were very reasonable so we ordered a mixed plate. When it came it was gorgeous and fresh off the grill, and all of it was SO GOOD. We destroyed the meal completely, it blew us away with how tasty all of the meats were, so moist but nicely grilled. Our favourite was the shawarma meat, so delicious. The rice was tender and tasted just a little bit bbq'd. So filling and tasty - we went back a few days later for a second shot before we left - just to experience it again! Thank you to the talented cooks and staff for giving us the best food experience we had on our whole Scotland trip!
Amazing Middle Eastern cuisine (Syrian).
Fantastic people, warm and lovely. I enjoyed the dishes greatly and even tried to get the recipe for the rice but couldn't get it. Great soul food.
Can't go wrong here if you love authentic food.
I will be back this autumn to sample some more.
Delicious food. Serving size was also appropriate. The ambiance could be improved a bit since it seemed a bit too stuffy and crowded. Overall a really good experience.

We ordered the mega mixed grill which had 3 sides that came with it.
We were 5 people so that was plenty of food for all of us. I would definitely go back.
The warp was good and quite filling. It was also budget friendly. Service was great.

Highly recommend the Roast Chicken, Mixed Grill and Mince Meat on Oven Baked Bread. Meat is cooked tender and juicy - can't fault it. Went twice after a week ordering the same food!

This is a really excellent restaurant, all the food is fresh and tasty. The bread is really good and I think they make it themselves. The mixed grill is very recommended! A great place for authentic Arab food.
One of the best burgers I’ve had in a really long time. No BS with trying to be “craft” which is your first tell it’ll be heaven on brioche. Just really good burger meat and toppings that ooze out as you eat. Enjoy it after beers, without beers, doesn’t matter. That hunger hole will be filled. Photo isn’t very pretty but this is because I was too concerned with scarfing up the food.
Very good food at a reasonable price. Service is a little slow. The overall experience was excellent.
