We really enjoyed our meal we both had the chicken with haggis stuffing followed by a naughty pudding. The young girl that served us was friendly. The pub itself was nicely decorated and only a ten minute walk from where we were staying. Definately would eat here again if we were in the area. Thank you.

One of the few places I'd go for a drink locally in govan. It's a really nice vibe.
Had a lovely meal. 6 of us turned up with only 10 minutes before last order's for food, but, that wasn't a problem. Very tasty & filling and no long waits. Friendly & welcoming. Would return if this way again.

Hosted a surprise get together for my husbands 60th birthday last night and was very impressed. Anna and staff were very accomodating letting us set up earlier in the day, providing an amazing buffet, music and service with a smile. Everyone had a great time. The Amethyst is definately one of Glasgows hidden gems! 😀xx
A superb facility, with comfortable, warm and welcoming surroundings. Provides an excellent and varied selection of food including a great breakfast option. Great venue for getting together with friends and family. Superb Kareoke and live music reviews. Caters for kids and even dog friendly Definitely a 5 Star experience.

Popped in here while staying at the travelodge. Had food and all I can say is I highly recommend this place. Very nice food,bar staff very pleasant and even a singer on playing music, and this was on a Monday night . Very Good
My husband and I enjoy the nice, relaxing atmosphere in this pub. The staff are nice and friendly. Gill does well with her multi tasking skills..taking food orders, serving food, working behind the bar, cleaning tables, the list goes on! She is so hard working and still finds time to have a little chat with her customers. This pub offers a great menu, alcoholic drinks, teas and coffees etc.
Popped in for a drink whilst staying at the Travelodge across the road. Very friendly pub, good value. I would definitely recommend it. Dog friendly. Didn't eat here as we arrived too late, but the reviews are positive and the toilets were nice and clean.
