After several attempts of trying to eat here, finally managed to get in. On my last visit the place had actually sold out by 8pm, a good sign!

Amazing pizza! Very filling but hearty and a nice variety of toppings (very different to other local pizza places) and the staff are super friendly and lovely! Also really cool decor inside and good selection of drinks!

Wonderfully quaint place. The chef, Matthew, is top-notch, with expertly prepared dishes. The host, Ennis, creates a very inviting atmosphere even if he is a bit cheeky. SEVERE compliments, do try this place.
Basta is an amazing surprise. We had a spicy salami and a sausage pizza and they were as close to a traditional italian pizza as you can get. There were some fruit flies which were quite annoying but nothing that could ruin our dinner.
Either way, we're not definitely going to be back.

Our absolute favourite pizza in Glasgow!
Used to go quite regularly when we lived nearby, however we’ve since moved across the city and decided tonight to take the trip over.
It was well worth it and even better than we remembered - pizza travelled super well too.
I went here on Sunday. Place was quiet. Very nice atmosphere and service. Delicious pizza. I’ll definitely be back.
This is a tasty little restaurant in the west end of Glasgow. Unpretentious and friendly & welcoming. I had one of the very best pizzas I've ever had. Lovely texture and the smoked panceta created a wonderful flavour. Reasonably priced too and fairly easy to park nearby. Recommended!

Worth the wait!
Tastiest pizza we've had in a long time. My order wasn't quite ready for collection at the original time. So I was kindly given a complimentary drink while I waited few extra mins. Great food and honest service. Will be back.

Five stars for Basta Pizza bar. Under these challenging times this independent establishment is still able to provide an first class service. They are maintaining social distancing which with the size of the restaurant must have an affect on them.
