Very good service, fantastic food and menu, portion size was controlled greatly and provided food to enjoy and not just to fill you. The service was insane. Within ordering our food it was served to us within 5 minutes all cooked fantastically and warm which both me and my partner were impressed with. Definitely one of the top Italian restaurants in the world. Would definitely recommend
Yum. We had a big day, leaving the Isle of Skye and travelling through Inverness and Edinburgh to Glasgow. It was approaching 10pm, and many restaurants were closing. We stumbled across Di Maggios and that was just good luck.
I had mussels in a tomato sauce, while my bride had a tomato and garlic penne and my son, pork spare ribs.
All wonderful. The mussels were just yum.
Well I went to Glasgow quite a time ago and we loved this restaurant a lot. I don't know why the rating is very low. But when we visited the place we had best pizza over here. I liked their veg stuffed pizza a lot along with rose wine. I even remember the name of the wine, gregio roseo wine. A big thumbs up to the team
Went to Di Maggio's for dinner, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Lovely decor, good atmosphere. The food was excellent . 👌
Real good dine experience we been there by accident and for sure we will be back. Good service good prices and really tasty food . We had the jimmys style half pizza half pasta and for starter we had Korean bbq wings and mozzarella cubes. Recommended 10/10
Love this place, always end up spending more just to try something extra from the menu. Never disappoints, everything is good. Even simple dishes like pasta and sauce are interesting and full of flavour. I like they're half pizza half pasta option. Great for sharing and trying something new. Menu is a bit extensive and they do sneak a gratuity onto the bill so be aware.
For this branch I would easily give 6*! I've never been to many di maggio's restaurants but, also compared to other Italian restaurants in the UK, this one is really good! Location is very elegant, staff is friendly and helpful and the food was one of the best Italian food I've had in a long time! Schiacciata was well cooked, crunchy but also soft. Lasagna was probably the best I had in UK. When I had it somewhere else, despite being good, it tended to be way too savoury and I have to say the one I had here was as close as it gets to a real Italian one! 💯 Recommend this place if you're looking for a fine place to eat with great food and service!
Nice atmosphere and great staff but let down by poor quality food. Meal order and brought out in only 5 minutes! I had to check it was cooked properly! It was cooked but only warm because of the sauce on it! Missing that "HOME COOKED FOOD " appeal.

Absolutely brilliant meal. My wife had the sea bass and I had the pizza Susanah! Both exceptional! Service was excellent and the price was very reasonable! Would definitely go back again.
Italian restaurant in Glasgow city centre. The food here is delicious and it's cheaper than most other Italian places in the city. I expected the prices to be higher given Di Maggios is in a prime spot in the city at Royal Exchange Square. This is not to the detriment of the food in any way which is spot on by all accounts. This place is always quite busy but not so busy you can't get in most of the time. Still, probably better to book a table if you know you want to be dining here. They have great service, a good choice of bottled and draught beers as well as the usual wines and spirits. There's also the option to eat outside if the weather is to your favour. Altogether great, will be back.

Have been in Glasgow for five days and really wish I had visited this restaurant on day one instead of day five. Will make it my first choice next time I'm in Glasgow.
Thé best place to get italian for lunch during thé week by a mile.
Their collection offers 5.90 for any pasta or pizza during thé week for lunch, you do have to order AT lunch or thé offer wont bé available before.
Thé portion sizes for thèse are great value and thé quality of thé pasta IS incredible.
Thé restaurant has a really interesting décor style with an old school revolving door, its really beautiful.
Thé staff was kind and m'y order was ready for me when i Walked in.
However keep in mind for collection orders there isnt cutlery in the bag so you may need to Ask or have your own AT thé ready.
really great restaurant. the drinks are a bit overpriced for what they are and the portions are small but service was immaculately streamlined and fast. despite the portioning, the food was amazing!
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good quality food with generous portions. Good selection of desserts and good value for money. Lasagne was slightly over seasoned and the table was a bit too small to accommodate all the dishes. Otherwise a great family eat out and highly recommended if in Glasgow. Will almost certainly return when in the area!
The food was rather decent. The service was on spot. We enjoyed a birthday meal with friends. The only downfall is that it can get close in there very quickly. Regardless, we had a nice time and plan to return.

Sat outside and got a veggie calzone and my partner got a GF bolognaise. Quick friendly service with awesome food.
Not super stoked on the already applied discretionary 10% tip, I’d much rather the staff get paid more or increase prices 10% but even with that included, the price was fair.
Overall, food was great, atmosphere was great, fair price and quick service. Would definitely recommend as a good place to eat.

It was crowded, but after eating here, I understood why. I was worried my mac n'cheese would be childish, but it was elevated. I loved it, probably one of my favorite meals during my trip.
