We found this amazing little restaurant our first day in Glasgow for breakfast and it did not disappoint.
Food was incredible and service was quick and incredibly friendly. Leah was our waitress and she was amazing.
Couldn't recommend this spot more.
I had a nice meaty breakfast but a bit pricey at £13.50 and doesn't even include tea or coffee for that price.
Hubby liked his egg and yoghurt breakfast as well but we both thought it's not deserving of £13 as well. We thought £8-10 would be better for it.
Cake array and options looks really good typically £4.50 each. I'll maybe try them next time.
Kind of crowded and we waited for around 30min to get seated. The food portion is quite big, not quite impressive or surprising but overall is good.
The chocolate brownie is too sweet for us, always many ppl so I’d say service is not that quick and atmosphere is kind of noisy. Could have a try here for a brunch but I don’t think it’s a good place to sit for too long.
Love this place!
Came here on a whim to try to convince my boyfriend that brunch was good, and this place certainly delivered and convinced him!
The menu has a large variety of options. There’s something for everyone and it’s reasonably priced. The food was nice and the drinks were enjoyable.
My partner had the creamy mushroom steak open sandwich, and he said it was one of the best things he’d ever eaten. I had the eggs royale and it was good, the sourdough bread was quite hard, but that’s my only criticism. The chai latte was amazing.
The staff were lovely and I’d most definitely come back here again when I return to Glasgow.
Came here as a walk in without a booking & was kindly seated within five minutes. Setting is cosy & staff are top class friendly & very hard working. The food was delicious & coffee good too. Ive had the best breakfast here both mornings while in glasgow. Its worth a visit you won't be disappointed.
Arriving at 9am on a Friday (minutes after they opened for the day), the place was busy and already full of patrons. This was the first sign of good things to come. The service was attentive, efficient, and pleasant. A bottle of cold water with glasses was already waiting for us at the table by the time we sat down. The meaty baked eggs were delicious, with just the right amount of chilli heat for this time of the morning. The bread was fresh and perfectly toasted. My partner commented that the granola with coconut yoghurt (as a dairy-free/vegan option) was exceptional.
Perfect foods! Very nice staffs. If you want to try, I recommend you need to book it.
Went for a family breakfast and I got the brioche french toast and all the toppings and it was AMAZING. Vegan options were great for my stepmum and my dad got a meaty breakfast and they looked awesome too. The staff were lovely and the restaurant itself was really chill. Very well deserved 5 Stars.
Very nice place! The fritters were really good, although it was written feta on the menu and I am almost sure it was goat cheese. Otherwise great food. Great smoothie! Many many choices for cakes and huge pieces of them (careful the hummingbird cafe is extremeeeeely sweet).
I didn't expect this place to be so busy! Managed to only wait 10 minutes to get a seat. Came for a quick breakfast/brunch after a night coach up. Both of us got the vegan yogurt and granola which was divine. Didn't need so much maple syrup as it did get a bit sickly near the end but still enjoyable and reasonably priced too. Would probably come by again, just make sure to book in advance
Popped in for brunch based on recommends. It was very busy and our waitress said it was like it constantly, which is always a good sign. A laid back place with quirky decor, the food we had was great including the special. Server was very friendly and prices were really reasonable.
We always make a point of visiting Singl-end whenever we're in Glasgow, and it never disappoints. We shared the meaty baked eggs and the croque monsieur sandwich, and they were both outstanding. Absolutely delicious! Can't recommend this place strongly enough.
Blimey we had to wait so long for our food. We’d been sat 45 mins by the time our brunch finally came. Sure it was tasty and the coffee is good etc but …. Blimey guys.
We had booked a table for 12:15 on a Monday thinking we probably won't need to but better safe than sorry. The place was rammed so note for future always book...
I ordered the Steak Sandwich (medium rare ofc) my colleagues also ordered the Steak Sandwich and also Veggie Eggs.
We were all extremely happy with the food and also the service I would definitely like to go back and try the Stornoway Eggs and a few other things.

Singl-end has a really good vibe/atmosphere, lots of cool and quirky decorations.
Best oat chia tea in Glasgow!
There's a decent selection of vegan and Gluten-free cakes (though these change daily).
The food is good, but the plates are a bit small, at least for the breakfasts.

My husband and I are STUFFED after Singl-end. We ordered:
- 1 iced cap
- 1 iced vanilla chai
- The Betty
- Strawberry scone
- Pork belly sandwich
- 2 side orders of black pudding
- 1 side of potato scones
It’s a fantastic option for brunch! Really enjoyed my Betty order - like an avo toast with a twist (by adding the halloumi cheese). My husband was okay about his pork belly sandwich. He enjoyed the pork belly but didn’t care for the coleslaw.
The waitress we had was wonderful. So sweet, accommodating and attentive! Just took a little off because it took a wee while to get seated, but overall the service was great!
Booked a table at this rustic farmhouse-themed restaurant the day before and I was not disappointed! The staff were cordial, and the Croque Monsieur and Cubano sandwich were absolutely scrumptious. Highly recommend
Great place for breakfast! We had the Meaty breakfast and the Eggs Royale, and we'd highly recommend both. Fast service, good strong coffee, and decent portions!
